I ate at the Town Center Mall location. After eating I requested a refill of my soda. They said they don?t give them. I asked... really- all other Popeyes give refills. They got nasty and said well we don?t. I then asked for the manager when another personsaid she was the manager, but I think she lied caused she had been on the register the entire time. I might be wrong butusually managers are not on the register that long. But I find it unbelievable that they don?t give refills. Others Popeyes andin the area do as do the other eateries in the mall. I've been enjoying Popeye's since the late 1980's in the Greater New Orleans area & is my go-to fast food chicken joint. This... restaurant in Waldorf, MD had some of the hottest & freshest chicken I've experienced. Got spicy tenders with Cajun fries & redbeans & rice. Loved every bite. Only reason for 4 stars is because the service was slow, but for me the food was worth thewait. Read more
Ordered food via Dash-In. We got a bucket of chicken, but our sides were missing. We did get the fries that came with our... sandwiches, but we ordered a family chicken dinner, and the sides never came. Our drinks were great, our chicken and sandwicheswere great, and our fries were great, but our sides didn't come. What did get delivered arrived hot, fast and well-prepared.This would have received 5 stars, were it not for our missing items. I'll give it another shot sometime. Read more
First time going here so possibly could be just a bad first time but!!! First the line was not that long (probably 2 cars in... front of me) but they took forever. Then my wife and I ordered 2 sides each that were both fries and when we saw our fries itwas literally only 1 order of fries. Then our sodas were terrible. Almost tasted like seltzer water with a tad bit of flavor. Mychicken tasted alright but my wife said her chicken sucked. Her chicken was not seasoned at all. First time and possibly lasttime going. Wish I could give it 0 stars. I arrived to the Popeyes at 4:30 PM, ordered at around 5:40 PM, and got my half of what I needed... at 5:55 PM. The service I received was truly horrible. After waiting nearly an hour to order $20 worth of food for my family, Iwas unable to fully order what I intended to. My order was finalized before I was able to order. When I waited and let the staffknow my order wasn?t complete, they told me to move forward. I went to the front waited for 15 minutes and was told ?I don?ttake order at the window?. The man at the front disrespectfully interrogated me without letting me explain why I was trying toorder at the window. At this point I was amused by the blatant disrespect and simply paid for half of what I wanted toorder. This is money down the drain due to poor staff behavior. I used to work on customer service so i?m aware of itdifficulties. However, the service I received tonight was beyond out of line.
