Not many food options to choose from. Not very nice service. They have no manners and they talk so quiet to where you can?t hear... them. Their soda is very watered down, and when you say something about it they have an attitude. Barely give you any sides inyour meal. Overall i would avoid this place. Read more

Located inside the food court of St. Charles Town Centre, great popeyes food. Excellent customer service. Took a little longer... than usual, but the food taste so fresh, was definitely worth the wait. I would prefer to come to this location then the otherlocations with drive-thru. Read more

Had a terrible experience at this location at the food court location at St Charles mall. My wife ordered a classic chicken... sandwich and requested a freshly made one. There were three pre made sandwiches that were already wrapped. My wife requested onethat has not been wrapped, she had been in line for close to 10 minutes. The general manager,Wayne Brown refuse the request somy wife asked for a refund. We told him we have been going to this location since they opened 29 years ago and never had aproblem. Mr Brown overtly implied that we had a problem with him because we were racist. He said that he had the right to deny acustomer request and told us never come back to his store . He was very arrogant and disrespectful. We did not stoop down to hislevel and acted civilly. We have filed a complaint to corporate and hope to get a satisfactory response. Read more

There?s always an issue every time I have visited this location. One visit I was asked to pull forward and wait for the order... and never came. I went inside after close to 30min had passed. Staff was rude. Next visit my order was incomplete. Today, Iplaced a big order and after waiting a while (not knowing why the delay) I was informed their card machine was not working.After a few attempts I had to ask them to remove some of the order to pay with what I had in cash or cancel the order alltogether. I was not returned the money and they started removing items to bring order down. The staff was not customer servicefriendly nor apologetic for the inconvenience or delay. Terrible service. I ordered through food scooter today was very dissatisfied my order to say the least. The chicken was very dark in color for a... restaurant that just opened at 11am. It looked as if the grease that it was cooked in was at least 2 days old. I called andspoke with a manager and apparently this is how they conduct their business. Never pay for foolishness. The manager and his team all involved unprofessional and subpar when it comes to customer service.... Why are you selling food that is so OLD that you tell the customer its old and "WE AINT MAKING NO MORE"!!! My husband thought itcant be that bad and purchased it hoping the cashier was exaggerating. That joker wasn't. I went to take it back and this foolwanted to argue with me saying I told the man it was old. I almost let them make fresh food. But then I realized this wholescene with the half backed cashier was some of the poorest customer service ever.
