Came to this location a few times. It is always slow. It was only 2 cars in the drive through and probably took over 10min to... order and pay. When I came to the first window to pay the cashier was scrolling through her phone. Took her 3-5 minutes torealize I was at the window. This McDonald?s really needs to do better. With McDonald?s trying to push Mobile Service . They are forgetting about the... customers at the counter. I was along several customers in the lobby area and it 10 minutes or better for someone to help me. It was at least seven employees behind the counter. I also observed teenagers are running the store. I didn?t see any adultsin a supervisory role. I?m eating in the store while I?m typing this review. I asked if the monitor was on for customers tosee their number. The employee said she guess it?s broke because it?s not on. The employee wasn?t proactive in asking amanager or any other employee to check. It would have been a big benefit to see their order number. This goes back to myinitial point of not having any adult supervision. On a positive note I was offered cookies because they ran out of apple pies. Read more
This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I will never go there again. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. The person... couldn't take the order so I went inside again waited 15 minutes to give order. Then over 20 minutes I notes to get order. Theclerk was way too playful and uncaring.
