Service sucks. After being walked past 8 times and waited 15mins, I asked one of the waiters was someone serving my table. She... had an attitude and asked if anyone has waited on me yet. 1. I wouldn't of asked the question if someone is serving the area ifthey did. 2. She was the person serving the table in front and behind me and kept looking over my way but not wanting to comeover. 3. A simple I'll be right there or someone will be with you shortly is way better than avoiding the table. So I took mymoney else l where and gave another waiter a 50% tip. Because that's what I was in the spirit of doing. Won't be going back tothis establishment. Read more

I ordered take out when I got home the marinara sauce was all over the mozzarella sticks so my son wouldn?t eat them it the... sauce didn?t have a lid and I only live 5 minutes away so I don?t know how this happened. Also I asked for my sauce on the sideand it was on my chicken so my son didn?t want that neither. They don?t have kids menu anymore so things can get expensive here.Also my Daytona wings had a lot of hair on them maybe I should?ve gotten boneless. On August 25th I went in to place an order and sat at the bar. Approximately 30 minutes passed and no service. The language and... behavior of staff was the worst I've heard in years. I truly felt like I was at jailhouse cafeteria. I will never returntothis store. The manager did nothing! There were two females getting ready to fight while customers were listening. Horrible!! The server was nice. However, the wings were not cooked thoroughly. We split several wings open and showed the server that the... wings were undercooked. We ordered 10 traditional and 10 roasted. The roasted wings were very salty. Read more
