I ordered one pumpkin donut, the lil dude gave me an orange cream filled donut that i never asked for. When I explained the... error, he mocked me in his Indian language.This place make ordering donuts harder than it really is. Pinefield location. The quality of the food just keeps getting worse. This evening I stopped at the window for a caramel latte... and decided to get a donut too. Now I realize at 6 pm the donuts aren't the freshest but seriously this donut was beyond stale. It was so dry you'd have thought it sat out for 2 days. I mean really? If you're going to give out stale donuts atleast givethem for dirt cheap not full price. Also seems to be nothing but people working there that don't know what they are doing halfthe time. This morning at approx 9:30AM I sat in line, waiting to order, I talk to the person talking my order, she took my order, I ... then, get to the window, get my order and ask the younglady for a sleeve for my coffee's, she rudely responds with a no nodethen, I ask for a bag to carry my order in the house when I get home, I got 2 coffees, donuts and wraps, she rudly turns away.As she turns with a nasty look, I ask her "I'd like a bag, without the addittude please" When she comes back with the bag, sheslightly opens the window and, sticks her arm out to give me the bag . If you don't like your job, please, go find another one!I am in customer service and, I give every customer 110% when I help them! Our drinks were delicious and donut was fresh. I gave 4 stars because the menu dissappeared too quick.
The Dunkin Donuts here is always fast and efficient. I have been going here for years & have had no problems. The staff is also... nice. Read more

I am writing this with absolute disappointment and disgust with the quality and lack of care the employees at the Waldorf... location has provided. I am beyond words that I could find this huge piece of plastic in my drink. Whoever put this in my drinkshould be held accountable at the highest level possible. While I would never wish anyone to be without job over this, they needto know that this is completely unacceptable. I am afraid to ever order again. What will I find next? I didn?t even have thechance to go back to the store because I had things to do but that may have been a good thing I didn?t go back and find theperson who did this.
