We used to go here often for ice cream, but stopped doing that due to the long lines and wait times. Recently a friend dropped... off their Strawberry passion ice cream cake, it was amazing!! My daughter wanted it for her birthday this year, I ordered itonline, they have a separate section for online order pickups so there was no wait!aybe I'll try the online order for the icecream sometime ????. Stopped by this store on a Sunday morning and placed an order for a basic, freshly made small ice cream cake (picking it up the... following Tuesday evening). I specifically stated that I did not want the existing cake that was there, in the freezer. I alsostated no purple or red writing on the cake. Just "Happy Birthday Dad" in any other color. When I returned Tuesday evening, Inoticed that I was given that existing cake from the freezer, the writing was in purple, and it said Happy Birthday on the cake,but they failed to include 'Dad'. I wasn't pleased at all, and told this to the manager...Her reply was the employee hadn'trecorded the instructions correctly. She offered to remake the cake, but that was the day of my Dad's birthday. After arrivingat my Dad's home I received a telephone call and the manager stated that she would remake the cake because she felt bad and forme to call and leave my name and information and she would return the call. I called the following week twice left myinformation with 2 different people and I have yet to have a returned call from the manager. I will never order from thislocation again. Not only do the employees not listen (according to the manager), but the manager never honored her offer (Iwould have given it less than one star, other than the cake was not dry...But it's not what I ordered, and paid for). Not even going to lie. Sometimes the line is a bit lengthy. However, they typically have the best dang playlist to jam to while... you wait. Love that. Also, I wish I could remember the young man with the dreads name because he is my FAVORITE employee. LikeI gave him a tip and I typically do not do tips at cold stone. (Not in a mean way, it just never occurred to me). Nevertheless,I was like I want this to go directly to YOU! He?s so awesome, if he sees this, you know who you are! On to the ice cream.????????? so rich, so creamy, just on point every time. Like my boyfriend and I have a problem. I typically get Oreo Overload nochocolate chips/brownies instead. It. Always. Slaps! Boyfriend gets cookies and cream filling with a TON of Oreos and justdevours it. I groan when I walk in and see a line, but then I?m soon jammin and waiting. It?s worth the wait? I?m not crazyabout I think the manager older woman, gray short cut. She was wearing no gloves last time I saw her. I don?t like that, it?sgiving unsanitary. Ordered on the app for delivery and the order was not complete. Called the store to get a refund or even have the complete order... delivered and they stated they couldn?t help me. They can only give a refund in person with cash or they can make the order andI can come pick it up! The whole reason for paying for delivery is so I don?t have to come to the store. They couldn?t solve aproblem for a customer that they created and then they laughed at me on the phone because I was angry about this situation.Customer service is horrible! Read more
