My family and I decided to go here to cap the night off with some dinner. We were not disappointed!! The food tasted just like... how my grandfather makes it, and my kids loved their food. Definitely will be back again ?????? Read more

First try and ordered stewed beef with fufu. The sauce was good but the meat wasn't tender. The side of spice they give should... just be added to the food. I'll give them a try again. Read more

Finally an African restaurant which was missing in Waldorf. I love this restaurant. The customer service is EXCELLENT, the... gentleman is very polite. However, I would suggest you put more spinach in the egusi. Puff puff is not available most of thetime, I've been there and could have my puff puff. Read more

Great customer service egusi could use pepper and more seasoning and a bit more spinach. The chicken was hard and dry. The... flavor was bland. Fufu was perfect. I gave it 3 ???? because the place came highly recommended. Read more

Chobas is the depth and variety that Waldorf needed in food options. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The gentleman at the... counter was patient and kind. He went over our options for a pescatarian diet with us and guided us through the side dishes. Weessentially ordered a side sampler. This is flavorful and healthful food. We also got a drink made with hibiscus and ginger.Heavy on the ginger, which I love. It was also pretty sweet. We're adding this place into our rotation. Read more

Food was absolutely delicious!! This was my first time trying African cuisine and It did not disappoint. My only regret is that... I don?t live closer lol. However this food is worth making the 1 hour and ten minute drive from my home to get it. Ipurchased the Okra and seafood stew, the Goat meat with spinach and fufu, the beef with spinach and fufu as well as the the fishwith jollof rice and mixed vegetables. Everything was amazing! I would recommend trying this restaurant 100%. Read more

I was really excited to finally try west african food! The service is good, I?m vegan so I asked what can I eat and the cashier... went to the back, which I really appreciate, to ask and He came back and told me fufu, plantain, peanut stew, and jollaf ricewas all vegan so I ordered all of that. The only thing I enjoyed was the plantain, how can you not!? They were fried perfectly. The rice was sooo bad, it smelled and tasted like cigarettes!!! The fufu was eh normal no flavor and the peanut stew was nothingbut oil & fat with a slightttt peanut taste. So glad I tried it but never going back!! Read more
