The line was moving slow and the kid at the window did not acknowledge us at all. We sat there for 5mn while the food was... sitting there, then another kid came around grabbed the wrong drink and passed it to us, I kindly repeated my order and saidthat is not my drink. He apologized and went back around asking what my order was, returned and grabbed the two bags that weresitting on the counter by window. Then had to go make my kid's drink. They need a good overseer at night shift, it was not busyinside and the line only had 2 car when I joined it around 7pm on a Sunday. Read more
Served quickly. Food was good. Had a BK coupon.
Overall drive through experience was good but the fries was not as crisp as i expected from BK.
Order was wrong gave me someone else order and won't answer the phone. Drive through just handed the food, no smile no hello and... no checking to see if that was the right order. Unless the becon king comes one a double cheeseburger bun with mayo, lettuce andtomato? Read more

An actual exchange with the teller/order taker. "Hi We'd like a number 1 meal with a small sweet tea" Teller: "What?" "We'd like... a number 1 with a small sweet tea" Teller: "Is that the meal?" Small medium or large" Me: -rolling up thewindow- Bottom line, we didn't finish ordering, told the window we didn't want anything, and drove to Arbies right nextdoor. The teller at Arbies was fast, concise, polite, spoke clearly, and got our order in quickly and professionally.
