They didn't have many of the items we asked for on the menu and the service in the bar area was trash today. Like the lady was... bothered that we came there. We ended up just drinking one drink and leaving. Read more
Wanted to try the sampler but they had no onion rings. Ordered chicken wings and potato wedges instead. Chicken was not cooked... to my liking and barely were seasoned. Asked the manager if they could be cooked a little more. She stated once they hit ourtable they couldn't take them back (which I understood) would have to give me another order and just walked away and I never gotthem. Potato wedges were overcooked. Terrible experience tonight. We waited 20 minutes before being greeted by a server and offered drinks. And waited an additional... 10 minutes without being serviced before we decided to leave. Very disappointed. You guys need to do a better job of payingattention to when customers have been seated and are waiting to order. I've attempted to eat at this location multiple times. Today I waited for over 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table... before I asked since those who got there after us already got drinks and ordered. They said our waiter was getting ready. Butthat is no excuse for every time we attempt to go to BWW. Do better! Someone could have covered and got is drinks instead ofseating us and not having table coverage for over 10 minutes.
