Terrible. I came for breakfast at 9am. I used the restroom before I was seated. The restroom was disgusting dirty. They... evidently don't clean them for it to be this dirty early in the morning. I ordered the double meat breakfast with pancakes.Mypancakes looked terrible half bent over all three were different colors like they were half cooked and they were. Bacon did nottaste fresh. From the start when we entered the restaurant, we did not feel welcome by the hostess/server. She seated us and said that she... would be our server, asked what we wanted to drink and appeared irritated when we didn't respond quickly enough because we tookour time to tell her the drinks we wanted. Off she went to get the drinks. When she returned she asked what we wanted, appearedirritated again when my wife said she was still deciding, then went quickly away again. Returning it seemed every 5 mins to askwhat we wanted to order, again with attitude. Once we ordered and the food arrived, it appeared that she'd calmed down some andonce we finished she quickly brought the check to pay at the front. Of course there was no cashier at the front and we waited atleast 15 minutes for one to appear as a line began to grow. Our server told us to go to one cash checkout machine, but once thecashier arrived she went to the second cash machine where another customer was waiting who did not mention that we were therefirst. Anyhow she took care of this lady first then we were able to pay our check. Had she been there earlier thus confusionwould not have happened since she would have been available to observe her station. The entire experience was not great to say the least. This is the 1st Bob Evans I?ve encountered to not have crayons to go with... the kids meal. The waitress was great. However I don?t know if it was the cooks first day or what but how do you mess eggs up.The eggs were so sugary, the had browns had a weird taste to them too, the rest of the meal was average. I have visited this location for breakfast several times. Unfortunately, dined in late afternoon to find dirty restroom,... questionable people seating inside with bags, at the tables sleeping, and only 1 waiter. I didn't leave because the waitress wasfriendly and listened to my concerns. I didn't finish my meal due to my concerns and a craving for breakfast food. I would nevergo there again. Also, the outside walkway in front of store needs a power wash. My original rating for this location a year agowas 4 stars; currently 1 star. Read more
This place needs lots of work. The service was horrible and the food meh. The server that we had was slow and forgetful. We were... greeted with "What do you want to drink?" We ordered 2 lemonades. One drink came and after 5 minutes we asked about the otherone and he told us something about why it never came. Since he mumbled we really didn't know what he said but asked for an icedtea as a substitute. We ordered food and nothing was correct. Our sides were wrong or on the wrong plate. After asking forsilverware 3 times, I went to the wait station to get the silverware myself and another server informed me that there wasn't anyclean silverware available but she gave me plastic forks and knives. Our waiter then said he was trying wait for the silverwareto be cleaned and after already sitting with our for 5 minutes already, our food was cold once we got the plastic. We would'vebeen waiting for at least another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, everyone in the restaurant was commenting about how bad the service wasto the point where everyone couldn't help but laugh at the catastrophe that we all were experiencing. We were disappointed this time in visiting this particular location. The waitress was fully engage while serving us. I noticed... that the rest of the staff was talking for a pretty long time. She forgot the utensils but the buns and bread she brought werebrought from the oven! Good thing! At the end when my husband and I went to the bathroom to continue our journey, we found thatboth of them very not presentable at all. They need to check and clean the bathroom more often. I really hope they continue totrain their staff to demonstrate more professionalism in what they do. Read more
First time at this location and the food was great! We loved the addition of the new menu items as well! We ordered the... southwest avocado omelet and the southwest avocado chicken and it was delicious! Renda, our server, was very accommodating andfun to interact with. We will be back! Read more
Love Bob Evans however they need to be better with customer service and time. Too many waiters just sitting around and the... professionalism is non existent while conversing with each other. They should be mindful of customer ears. Read more
