Food was hot and fresh, teller/window were professional, spoke clearly, got our order in quickly, and we had our drinks and food... in fast. And the drivethrough didn't feel like we were about to scrape the curb. Comfortable width on both sides, very easycasual experience. As it should be. Will return. Read more
Slow and very disinterested staff, out of Arby's Sauce? out of Turkey meat? on a Saturday during lunch time? Messed up order... after repeated request? Waldorf has too many other food service providers to tolerate this! Exercise your eating optionssomewhere else! Read more
Went to this location today because the drive-thru only had 2 cars in front of me. Placing an order was fine. The drive thru... employee was professional but servicing customers is rated at 1 star. It took more than 15 minutes to get a small order ofcrinkle fries and two fried pies. The food received was hot but it took too long to fulfill. This location needs a refresher formanaging a fast-food restaurant. Possibly, request training from the Arby's located in Clinton, MD. In addition, I noticedcustomers in line who wanted to order food via the drive thru leave in frustration. I don't recommend this Arby's unless theindividual doesn't mind the extreme wait times! Absolute worst Arby's I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few from state to state. Extremely poor and rude customer... service. Male employee taking my order at the order board was not friendly. He was even worse when I pulled around to thewindow. The food we ordered was very bad. Absolutely nothing was fresh Nothing. From my poorly made, stale tasting chickencheddar ranch sandwich and to my very hard, old tasting mozzarella sticks. To the curly fries were cold, tasted very old (I'mtalking days). Tasted as if they were reheated over and over again, and left dried out with a burnt taste which made me verynauseous. My brother said his gyro was disgustingly not fresh????. A first time bad experience for him and myself from the Arbyschain. I will never again make the drive to this location again when I'm in town. I will gladly make the trip to the Clinton, MDlocation where the food is always very good, hot and fresh. Read more
