This has to be the worst tim Hortons I've ever been to..ever.. they will screw up your basic straight off the menu orders 8 out... of 10 times. then you will be belittled in front of the entire store when you try to get what you actually ordered. Absolutely worst Tim hortons I've ever been to. They consistently get your order wrong. If you don't speak French they will... barely even talk to you, and when you walk inside it takes atleast 10 minutes to just get a coffee, plus they forget about itemsconstantly and you have to try to convince them you are still waiting for something. A whole week, going there to get my morning coffee, just to be told they don't have Splenda !!!! I'm diabetic, I'm not asking... for spenda for fun or because I'm on a diet, sugar is poison for me !!!! Like a whole week without it is just unacceptable,especially that they are less than à minutes awaynfrom à grocery store, à manager could have gone and pick up a box or 2while they wait for their delivery. The staff currently are terrible..they have no manners and have no customer service skills..when I ordered , no welcome and no... total to what i orderdd All they said was "ya". At the window they put bag in window without even facing window or saying hereyou go. Read more
On the way back to Montreal we went for two iced cappuccinos with a shot of vanilla and ONE cheddar bagel and cream cheese. It... took about 30-40 minutes just to get one bagel because they forgot about the order. To top it off it came burnt... They have alot of employees standing around but nobody seems to know what they're doing and they argue with the customers. Read more
Poor drive through service , very rude over the intercom, always rushing you to make your order , and one time I walked in... hoping service would be better in person and it was worst , as I walked to the counter and was asked what I was ordering , Istarted to order and she walked away and waited 5 mins or more to order two coffees and waiting ten mins for them and also theywere wrong and decided to get my money back and now go to McDonald's for coffee and other food services as they are morefriendly and better service and aren't rude if your only English. New review Aug 18th , just got two ice caps withy friends andthey are very soupy , gross and one was dropped , barely any communication with the employees to ask to fix or get new ones asthese were very poorly made , they barely understand English to correct the issues when serving items to customers , I tryed togive this location q second chance but nothing has changed and going to McDonald's for any service. People working there barely acknowledge your presence. Had to stop to use to rest room, it was so dirty and disgusting I thought... about not going at all. Got a coffee anyway not sure why. The flors and counter tops were just as bad. Never going there again. Read more
