Wide selection of appetizers, delicious Italiandishes from seafood, to steak and chicken there?s something for everyone and yummy Italian desserts. The owner is a great guywho?s down to earth and very friendly, he treats everyone like family and it shows with all the loyal repeat customers. Cafe Italia gives you the experience of a North End cafe without the hassel of traveling to Boston and paying tolls and parking.... We have never had a bad meal at the Cafe and frequent many a Friday for date night with my wife. They always have greatspecials. Ask for Giovanni to be your waiter, he's excellent. Read more

first time at Caffe Italia; our Wakefield friends love it and know we know why. i love lamb and found the rack of lamb extremely... tasty. my wife also greatly enjoyed her haddock florentine. reasonably priced, plenty of food, and a nice atmosphere -- not atall stuffy but not too noisy either. Visited Caffe Italia with friends that frequent the restaurant. Greeted by a smiling and friendly host. Vinny was our waiter... host was friendly and helpful, while letting our party have time to socialize. We had a fantastic scallop appetizer, theamaretto sauce was outstanding. I had the tuna and my wife had the halibut special, both we excellent. Good service and greatfood, we will be visiting Caffe Italia again. Read more
