Just sat in the drive-through line for 30 minutes for the second time in a week. The first time, the person at the window was... having a telephone conversation with someone about their Thanksgiving plans while she stood there holding my drink. Today, whenI got to the window, there was no apology or explanation for the wait. The Starbucks in this Target is hit or miss. The last two times I waited while no one was behind the counter. It was open, but... there wasn't anyone there. However, when there are workers there they are nice. I just wish someone would stay and run the shop. Read more

This is a faux Starbucks. The customer service is not friendly, you add your own cream/sugar in a $5 cup of coffee, and they... fail to make a cold foam properly. Drinks are watered down and they do not have the proper lids. Two thumbs down. Read more
So, nothing in particular wrong with my coffee or service. Sure, it's too expensive but everyone, including me, knows that... before heading to Starbucks. The problem I had was variety and selection. I worked Ina coffee shop for 3 years while I was incollege at Virginia Tech. We always had at least 6 different coffee flavors on brew all day until about an hour and a halfbefore closing. Then we let things run out. All my mom and I wanted was a "regular" cup of coffee but something maybe unique toStarbucks or different from the run of the mill. For example, my mom wanted French Vanilla. Anyways, they had only one type ofcoffee on brew at 4:30 in the afternoon. That's it!!! This is a coffee shop, right?!?!? I'll admit the coffee was good. Noissue there. Then again it's very hard to mess up balck coffee with nothing else in it. But I was very disappointed with theselection. I guess Starbucks isn't too interested in selling "normal", non-specialty coffee anymore. Another thing. Again, Iworked in a coffee shop. I didn't expect a tip for simply getting someone a regular coffee. A massive special order cappuccino? Sure. But right there in the drive thru window was a tip box so big it actually hindered the girl from handing out the coffee.Obvious suggestion. That irked me. Read more
Visited recently and my barista was quick, kind, and courteous in making my frappe! However, this store apparently can't redeem... most My Starbucks Rewards, only taking the 150 star rewards for free beverages. Read more
Just went into Target for a frappe but the young girl said they were closed at 730...on a Friday evening. Site says 9 pm. So, I... guess I have to drive out of my way and give my business to the other Starbucks. Never had that happen before but I won't bothergoing back again to have it happen anymore. Great place, great coffee & great staff! Owner needs to install inside roof sound panels to reduce the echos & loud voices that... create a very noisy environment. Can?t stay inside long without getting a headache. Read more
