So 1st let me start by saying I had stopped coming to this location due to lack of warm food and staff etiquette. But i just so... happen to be in the area and decided to atop and get an ocean water. The man working the window named John. Went above andbeyond to make sure we were all taken care off and food was hot. His exemplary customer service and attention. Won me back. Hewalked to each car as line was holding giving people there drink and expediting their payments to ensure pleasant experiences.Listen give that brother an extra dollar or 2 and hour... he is def worth it. If a position opens up on my team I deff wouldlove to give him an opportunity. Respect a rare gem when u come across one. Read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order on the app over an hour before closing (app... said closing was 11pm, order was placed at 9:46pm), arrived to the store at 10:05pm to see every single light was off and theywere closed!!! Why would the sonic app not have updated information of when their locations close?? When the order was placed,the app IMMEDIATELY took the payment. I called for a refund and compensation, and was told TEN DAYS for my refund, and that theycan send me a coupon for a free single plain hamburger, but it expires in 7 days. To top it all off, the agent that I spoke tohad absolutely no sympathy or remorse in his voice when saying sorry. Read more

My experience here was just ok. The food was okay but the time it took to receive our order was incredibly long. Plus our cherry... limeades were not made correctly and tasted awful. We of course didn't realize this until we had left and we did not have timeto return to get them fixed. Would go back, but there is another sonic close enough by that seems to have much better service. Read more

I drive up and ordered from the menu and the gentleman could hardly hear me to begin with. After waiting waiting about 10... minutes I asked one of the employees that was outside if I was supposed to swipe my card on the menu board or with the employeebecause nothing was prompting me to do so and I wanted to make sure my order was being processed. He said the menu card readersdon?t always work so the employee that brings my food would take my payment. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I pressed theorder button again to speak with someone. When I asked if my order was coming out son they had no idea what I was talking aboutand asked me to reorder. When I asked how long it would take they said probably at least ?10-15? minutes. I wouldn?t be so upsetthat they had forgotten my order had I not already checked in with an employee before this and then when they said they wouldreorder the food they said they other orders in front of mine which is why mine would be delayed. The Rt. 44 as always was great. I tried the new pretzel twist with cheese and it was fabulous! The only drawback was that there... was a bit of a wait in the drive-thru. But I don't hold it against them and neither should you! I think most fast foodrestaurants are experiencing low staffing. Go! Try it out! Read more

I had a taste for a hotdog & decided to go to Sonic for chili cheese coney. So disappointed! Where's the chili? I have NEVER... had a chili dog with less chili than this one. Worker stated they were putting too much chili on the hotdog. So now they don'tgive you any. WITW??? I will not be returning to this Sonic location. I didn't get what I paid for. Wait time for this nakedhotdog= more than 15 mins. Ridiculous! Read more

The experience during this visit was very pleasant and unexpected. One of my children wanted corn dogs and a blue raspberry... slush. The person who took our order at the drive-thru was very polite and friendly. It was so noticeable that my family and Ijoked that they must've started training with Chick-fil-A. We looked forward to seeing the person at the window. Arrived at thewindow and was greeted by a different individual who was just as polite and friendly. That made a whole lot of difference in thevisit that day. Kudos!!! Read more

I'm guessing they make the food fresh which is a good thing. I have never been prior, so I don't know. I'm guessing because it... took a half hour to get some popcorn chicken and drinks. Other than the wait, the chicken was very good. And that's without anysauce on them. Delicious. Read more
