First time in and the service and food were amazing! The manager personally came over to introduce himself and even gave us a... coupon for our next visit. This was our first visit here in a while. We are local and rotate around the sports bars in wake forest. To be fair we haven't... been to many restaurants in a while. Service was good and food was hot as fresh. We got the steak sandwich and fried grouper. The problem was the 6 jumbo wings we had. There was one jumbo leg and 5 tiny wings. The jumbo leg was raw in the center. Wecouldn't finish the wings after that. The manager came by and told us we were not at risk for food sickness and that the wingwasn't pink blah blah blah. Whatever I know times are tough but certainly we shouldn't have to pay for food that we couldn'tfinish because of a raw chicken leg. So we won't be back as a customer ever again. Read more
Our server was excellent. Very attentive and polite. The best thing about our meal was the pickle chips. The rest of the food... was not very good. We ordered 24 bone-in mild wings. They were not saucy like they used to be? The sauce was baked into thewing & not very flavorful. They resembled precooked frozen wings. The Caesar salad had very little flavor. This was our firsttrip back to Real McCoys after a few years and disappointed that the wings are not the same. They used to be saucy and fresh? 3ppl. The food and service is top shelf! This NY pastrami and sweet potato fries were excellent. They have a great bar setup and live... bands on Saturday nights. The bartenders are always on top of things. Read more

What I like most about Real Mcoy?s is their speciality meals and lively atmosphere. The best part is trying the new specialty... meals as they change them often. Each one seems to get better than the last. Meatless Meatballs made with eggplant are amazingand one of our favorites. This is a great place to grab a beer, watch a game and eat gourmet meals. They have live music, pooltables, and darts to play as well. This is a great spot for a date night or a casual lunch. The staff are kind and attentive.We have had great service on all of our visits.
