Just had the worst experience at this location. I placed an online order at 12:30 that stated it would be ready by 12:55. For a... personal pan pizza and wings (both of which only take 8-10 minutes to cook). I pre paid online. I arrive at the window at 12:51.The worker comes to the window and tells me they are short staff and it?s going to be another 12 minutes until my order isready. There was no empathy shown for my frustration and she was basically like oh well we are short staffed pull around. I comeback to the window 11 minutes later and the manager arrives at the window stating they are short staffed and it will be another10 minutes before my PERSONAL PAN PIZZA AND 8 WINGS would be ready (not even a huge order). So at this point, I?m livid. Themanager then tells me they have no delivery driver for my delivery order I also had placed at 12:30 to be delivered to my kidsso I could get to work in a timely manner. He tells me they are short staffed again and also says he won?t have delivery until4pm. He said they hadn?t even started my delivery order when I asked him if I could just pick up the both of the orders. Thisprompted me to get even more angry as I needed to get off to work and my kids needed lunch. Then magically both of my orderswere ready? So not only did the manager nor employees show any empathy for the situation and own up to their faults, they liedand gave the excuse of being short staffed. 100% poor management and lack of basic customer service and critical thinkingskills. I asked for the district managers name and contact information and the manager told me that he didn?t have one. Ordered from here a couple times. first time they didn't bring my my drinks or sauces. They called and gave me a credit. all... good! Then yesterday, I placed a order in the app and they cancelled it... I called and they told me 45 minutes. They nevershowed up. She told me she processed a charge of 41 dollars and when i drove up to the place, light were out and everyone gone,20 minutes before closing. never going to eat here again!!! I received the worst service ever! I was being proactive by calling the order in ahead of time. The staff took my carry out... order over the telephone.. I was told my order of six count lemon ???? pepper traditional chicken wings would be ready in 15minutes. When I arrived to Pizza Hut to pick up my order the employee told me the wings were not ready and he didn?t put theorder in the system ???? of course I was extremely upset but I managed to keep calm and cool ???????????I simply asked theemployee to reorder the order of wings! Unbelievable ??????????? I waited an extra 15 minutes for the food to be ready! when thewings was supposed to be ready when I arrived? while waiting I spoke with the manager? the situation was actually resolved by acomplementary 2-liter Pepsi soda! Moving forward the next time I decide to call in my order I?m definitely going to make surethe order is put in the system! I guess hanging up on customers will keep you in business? After wasting over 15 minutes trying to order over telephone and... being hung up on twice, Domino?s Pizza was glad to answer my phone call. Domino?s answered a question I had and took my orderof 12 large pizza?s. It appears since Pizza Hut moved locations the focus on customer service stayed behind. With all theother options in Wake Forest it seems you would focus more on customer retention!!! Read more

My wife suggested pizza for dinner and we agreed on Pizza Hut. It's been so long since I've been to Pizza Hut. I'm happy to see... this new location. I've been craving their Pan Pizza so that's what we decided to get. It's just like I remembered,delicious! Staff seemed a little preoccupied, not as friendly as I would have expected. After a horrible experience at the steakhouse in the same parking lot, we decided pizza was a better option. We were... acknowledged when we were waiting in line. Staff was very busy between a drive up for take out, in store take out, delivery andin store diners like us. They were knowledgeable in their menu items and what was not available, super friendly and helpful. Weordered, enjoyed a nice dinner and were checked on all within an hour.
