I would not ever get the papa bowl ever again

The most depressing dinner we have ever had. My pizza was like cardboard, my husbands wings were not buffalo wings but regular... wings, dipped in sauce and not cooked properly. The sauce was bland and the wings were like chewing on shoe laces. I rememberPapa John?s as being fairly edible for a fast food place. This was not fit for my animals and I shall never return. I have never ordered on line and had delivery before and I am old as dirt. So this was a new experience. It was an amazingly... easy to use system, the food came quickly- it was hot and very good. The driver was polite, clean and fast getting here. Read more

This location has really gone downhill. Every time I order delivery, it takes well over an hour to actually get my food which... normally is okay and I understand because of staffing but when I got my food tonight it was ice cold. It?s almost like theycooked it as soon as the order went through but then waited an hour after to deliver it. I?m very disappointed. Read more

The food is good but the employees need better management. Some high school dropouts just vape in the office and pretend to... work. They don't do much management or shift leading at all, so I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a goodcustomer experience. Read more

I walked in a little after 10pm and they should've been closed for take out but the gentleman working still took my order and... was very nice. He gave me everything I needed to feed my family without my request and the pizza was great. We ate along theride to Falls Lake Dock to fish our favorite place to be at night. This is the best Papa Johns ever!!! I have never in my life had such wonderful service all around. When I called the girl that... took my payment for my delivery order was so courteous and friendly. Then the delivery was so fast and the driver Rami was socourteous, professional, and friendly as well. I was thinking 30-45 minutes but no 15 minutes. The pizza was fresh anddelicious.
