Norse is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Wake Forest. The food is exceptional, not just for a brewery, but in general. The... beers are also tasty! We love that they are so dog friendly, our pup is always welcome on the patio and the staff typically hasa treat for the pup too. We stopped by for Sunday brunch last time and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious. I don't thinkanything can beat their loaded tots with beer cheese though. This is a must visit spot in my historic wake Forest for anyfoodies or craft beer lovers. Read more

Real good beer, even better food. This Scandinavian themed brewery has a unique, cool vibe and was hopping at 1:30 on a Friday... afternoon. We were a bit hungry and decided on some apps. The wings were fantastic. Top 5 wing in Raleigh. Highly recommend oldbay dry rub. The misses got Norwegian blue salad and it was delicious. Buyer beware, the add 2% automatically to the bill for akitchen tip. Not sure if this is applied for drinks only but it?s kind of sketch. Read more

Very nice first visit. Service was prompt & attentive, and liked place's atmosphere. We tried IPA and Pumpkin beers, both... good. Spouse chose Viking burger with tots, while I tried prime rib open face sandwich with salt & vinegar sweet potato chips. Everything was tasty but should have been served at warmer temperature. I wanted more horseradish "bite" but that's not foreveryone. Would return to try other offerings. Read more

Four stars bc of the environment and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I?d like more beer options, and of course better... beers. They were just good. The sour cherry gose was decent, nothing crazy. Fries and dipping sauces were good. Read more

Good value if you go with the SOFT PRETZEL, house beer cheese and Lusty Monk spicy mustard. The Phat Thor Stout was okay. After... one glass I switched to wine. Outside dining out back in the shade was nice. Allowed us to hear ourselves talk. (Harder to do soinside with the high ceilings.) I dinged the review one star due to my wife's salad. She added chicken. Turns out Norse chickenis dark meat and greasy. She picked around the meat and ate the rest. So maybe ask about chicken toppings before adding to asalad. I'd go back for the soft pretzel. Read more

There were literally people dressed up like Vikings the night we were there! The beers have fun names like The Pillage People. ... The staff are incredibly cool. Great space both indoor and outdoor with a great live cover band! My burger was delicious. This place has it all! :) Read more

Dee-licious. Great people, great service. Though I found out that I don't like mead, the salmon is a great plate and the... appetizers are delectible. Great atmosphere and I can't wait to go again and try their stouts. Read more

Had Sunday Brunch here at Norse Brewery. Staff was very friendly. Food and drinks came out quickly. We arrived a few minutes... after they opened. Eggs Benedict were so good. Hollandaise sauce was different but tasty. The large homemade English muffinswere good. The tots were really good, highlight was the pork belly on top. The Allfathers burger was huge! The potatoes on theside were super tasty. The pimento cheese on the burger also was strong like homemade with good cheddar. Sunrise mimosa was goodtoo. Will be back for brunch another time. Read more
