I go almost everyday to this store and they are so helpful and kind.
I went in to order a fruit tray from the pick-n-prep around 4 pm Friday, and there was no one there. I asked about it, and they... just shrugged and said they didn't know. Finally, after going back, some were sweeping nearby. I asked him if I could order acustom fruit tray, and he didn't know how to take the order. Please teach employees to know what's around them and how to answerquestions or be able to call a manager to handle it. In the past I used to like placing an order but now it is a hassle. I live near so this is my go to when I need to just grab a few items. They are quite expensive but the Convenience is usually... worth it. I have had to return multiple items due to being expired. Like open it up and know there is something wrong expired. Iwent yesterday and it happened again. It?s been enough now that I think this may be a issue that needs to be addressed. I havenever worked in a grocery store but there must be some kind of system with rotating expired food out of the store. If your gonnacharge a few extra dollars for the food you sale at least make sure it not expired please. It?s super inconvenient to go homeand start prepping dinner and have food you just bought and can?t use. Read more
