This location needs so much help. Food is great, staff is untrustworthy. I saw the manager yelling at an old lady after... Freddy's got her order wrong. I also heard the manager tell her she refused to credit her back. Been there several times wherethe staff just decided not to open the doors. 5 people inside goofing around during business hours. It was my first experience at Freddy's and they exceeded expectations! I believe to have an authentic and enjoyable experience,... proper expectation management is necessary in the first place. It was good fast food! The burger was prepared well and tastedgood and the fries and sundae were awesome! The young lady at the window was more than patient as I stumbled my way through themenu and even had sincere suggestions to enhance my order. Read more

The only thing I can say is that I got stuck for 25 mn . Cars in front of me and behind me and I couldn?t get out it takes 15... minutes just so somebody can make an order and of course I still didn?t place my order yet I have two cars in front of me so itis about another half an hour so I can either get out or place my order Read more

So I show up at 7:30 to, as you expect at this time, be able to have a meal and dine in, especially since their hours are... normally until 10PM. When I got to the entrance, both doors were locked. I had to wait nearly 5 minutes, after calling the storemultiple times until a worker came out and let me know it was drive thru only since they were understaffed. There were 4different parties inside dining in at the time. To add to it, there was no clear signage on the door about it being drivethrough only. And let's be honest... At the end of the day, whether I order inside or outside, no one is waiting my table, so Ifound my experience tonight so ridiculous, I decided to go to Chipotle instead where I am in line writing this review. New Review: Thought I would catch up again, since our last trip didn?t pan out. They were nice enough to give us a couple of... complementary items. However, tonight the main dining room was closed and I think this location has some really toughoperational issues, or maybe we just have bad luck with them, I don?t know. Overall, we decided to upgrade from 1 to 3 stars,here?s why: We ventured out for two reasons, can we use the fry sauce/other modifications, closer to the house, than ourfavorite burger shack in Cary? That place has a similar sauce but with red cherry peppers. While it was hard to comparebecause our food lost freshness in the car ride home. There were some good aspects to the burger but the lack of smokey cherrypeppers really did alter the flavors a bit too much to be comparable. The burger paddy?s were also cold and tasted a bitsaltier by the time we got home, as were the shoestring fries, which are only really good right out of the basket in therestaurant. The other was to try the pumpkin pie concrete. It did taste more like pumpkin and it was good but my order wasincorrect and I received a large cold fry than a large concrete. Prior review from August: Showed up tonight for dinner andhalfway through the order, the cashier indicated that their custard machines are broken and they?re only serving sundaes. Freddy?s is a great place to eat and has quality food. I typically have a great experience. But, this location seems to have... customer service issues. Plus. My burger was cold tonight. It makes me very sad to post this because once upon a time this Freddy?s was my family?s go to for burgers and dessert. ... Unfortunately in the last year and especially last few months this place has slowly taken a downward progression. Decided tostop by for a treat after my kids youth group and even though the posted closed time said 10, the dining room was locked and theemployees inside were cleaning, this was at 8:30 pm. My husband decided to try the drive thru since we?ve seen this happen atother establishments. A very unfriendly voice greeted us to take our order over the speaker. It took her several minutes totake a very simple order. Once we pulled up to the window, it was more of the same. We waited several minutes for someone tocome to the window. When they did they took our card for payment, and returned after a few minutes to say they were out of 2 ofthe 4 ingredients for the concrete we ordered and if we wanted anything else?no if I wanted anything else I would have orderedit! Mind you I paid for each of the missing toppings and when I inquired I was told, ? that?s why I asked if you wantedanything else?. At this point we are there at least 10 minutes and ask for a refund to which we are told (by a woman whoappeared to be ?in charge?) that she doesn?t know how to do that! Then I ask if they can give us a gift card for the amount wepaid and they seem flustered by this too. Then the ?woman in charge? throw a ?free treat? card at us with no apology whatsoeverfor their lack of knowledge, customer service or ingredients. She says ?your shakes are coming?, finally after 20 minutes total(we were the only ones in drive thru) from start to finish we are handed tiny, melted ice cream. This place is a mess! The cashier had trouble making change. It was only noon. The drink machine sprayed all over the place. ... The microphone did not work, and we were not called when our food was ready. The steak burger was too salty. The ice creamsundae was prepared as a dripping mess all over the outside of the cup.
