Dunkin Donut sells tea but don't have the product that goes with tea such as lemon and honey, everything is about coffee,... Not! This place seems to cater to certain people, everyone doesn't drink coffee and eat pork. How about some turkey sausages orbeef sausage for the breakfast meal. Read more
This was the most unprofessional group of people on a Sunday at 230pm/10/9/2022. Drinks sitting in drive thru 15, one was made... wrong and was asked for it to be corrected the girl didn't want to and clearly stated on the label what should have been, thenthe one boy was asked to handle drive-thru and didnt want to other girl had to and didn't know what people ordered. Then, theywere arguing over who was going to fill the ice bin cause it was out and girl was making drinks just letting them sit therecause the kid wasn't filling ice fast enough, she went and got a pitcher with ice as the shot of espresso was dead cause wasn'tcompleted drink. The people in the lobby with me were waiting I finally told them to make the drinks stop talking and getmoving. Another kid comes out from back his pants hanging to see yellow boxers, still trying to figure out who is doing what,absolute no guidance from anyone that was a manager. Assistant or Supervisor. When you apply for a CS position that is what youneed to represent at all times. Smile, greet, and provide service, your day will go much better when you have a customerconnection. Very slow, sold out of the donuts I ordered with my mobile pickup so I had to wait for a refund. Then my coffee order was wrong,... so I had to drive back for a replacement. Staff on this day was slow and apathetic. Read more
Sadly, this location has gone downhill since opening. We once enjoyed going to this Dunkin but we have not received a good,... quality drink here in quite sometime. Today I first received my drink made wrong, then it?s replacement was old and stale. Muchlike every other Dunkin location, the consistency is no longer there to justify spending my money with them. Sunday, 11:02 a.m. entered drive thru line with 1 car in front of me...after 14 minute wait & zero movement forward- put car in... reverse & left. I could understand waiting 14 minutes to even get to place an order if there were multiple cars in front of me -but if it takes 14 minutes to get 1 vehicle's order....something is wrong! Always a great set of staff in this Dunkin, no matter when I have been by. Today was no exception. Missing some blueberry... donuts, but it was 3pm when I stopped in, so you get what you get. But truly appreciate the helpfulness of the staff here. Read more
Decent first experience here, came through the drive through and the staff was pleasant. When I got my food I was missing some... items so I went inside, and got my items. Staff could be a little more friendlier but overall good food and they fixed the orderquick. Will be returning Read more
