The food is the same good stuff you get at any Dunkin, but they are struggling with service. The drive-thru is ???? slow and... it's not uncommon for them to get part of your order wrong. If you go in to pick up your order it's a bit faster. Not sure ifit's a staffing shortage issue or if it is mismanaged. I hope they get it together though. Read more

I was neither overly excited or upset about our visit. The woman who waited on us seemed more put out by our presence than... anything else. She wasn't rude by any means but wasn't really friendly or helpful. Read more
Never sends the right order when I order delivery. You can?t just put in any donut when a person places an order. No... substitutions means no substitutions. Read more
Ordered a dozen donuts through the app 15 minutes before arriving. They didn't start making my order until I pulled up to the... window. Then they tell me several of the donuts I ordered aren't available. One of them isn't even sold at this locationanymore. Why would they show as available on the app then? Ended up with a half dozen that we didn't even want. Should'vecanceled the order and went to Krispy Kreme. That's where I'll be going from now on. Read more
Staff was slow and not working, had one sitting on a couch. Out of several types of donuts. Better service.
Worst customer service experience. These are supposed to be 2 Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese ?sandwiches?. Charge for large... caramel ice coffee and they taste like they put 1/4 of the caramel swirl mix. Read more
