The first time that I visited here was several months ago. I went inside and ordered food for 3 people. When I got home, one... person's food was incorrectly made. It is too far to drive from my home to take it back. The second time I went here was thisweek. I made a quick trip through the drive-thru and ordered one item which was a double cheeseburger. When I went to pay, theemployee stated my total was over $6.50. For one cheeseburger! No drink. No fries. Nothing but a cheeseburger. It was tasty butridiculously priced. Not going back! Read more
Coming from Virginia, I had never had or heard of Culver's, but my eyes have been opened to some of the best burgers and... custard. Culver's is based in Wisconsin and is still family owned and operated. The burgers are smash burger style and theybutter the burger buns with a rich butter hence it's name the butter burger. All the dairy products are sourced from localfarmers! This place is so special especially with many places downgrading on quality while increasing in price and the customerservice is great! Read more
Zach and Greg were so helpful. My husband and I had just left Wake Radiology for a brain MRI. These young men had no idea, but... they made light pleasant conversation while I waited for my order, inside the store. Brianna joined in briefly. Recently ordered a salad at Culver?s in Wake Forest, NC. Check out the wonderful surprise I got in the salad. Talk about... disgusting! A worm with gross little feet was in my salad. I was about to eat this thing until I pushed my fork on it and itwas squishy! Think about that! I?ve ordered several salads from different restaurants and NEVER, I mean NEVER, have I comeacross something so disgusting. The worst fast food place I've ever been to. Noone in that place is trained properly. As a company you should be ashamed of this... location. 21 minutes to get our curbside order after being there on time to what YOUR SYSTEM told us to be there for pick up. Icalled 15 minutes into our wait and am told that they're working on drinks and will be out in a minute. So it takes 6 min tomake 2 drinks (which were wrong by the way)? You've got to be kidding me. Waste of time effort and money. Absolutely ridiculous.Do better. Now that we're home 40min after our food was supposed to be ready and we live 8 min away - everything is burned(clearly rushed when I called to get a status because someone didn't make the order) and there's a frickin hair in the cheesesauce.
