Great chick fil a all the time, but I was just yelled at by another customer because I passed him in the express lane when we... were still in the parking lot area, not yet at the microphone even. Dont know if chick fil a could maybe have better signage soangry people are better educated on how mobile order works with the 2 lanes because I guess he thought I was going to try tomerge and cut him. On my recent visit I experienced vehicle trouble while in the drive-thru. The staff was amazing! They made sure I got my food... and then helped move my vehicle while continuing to acquire if I needed anything else. They brought my son a treat while Icalled for a tow truck. Even after they closed they came to check on me again to make sure all was well and offered to take mytrash. They went above and beyond to help me! Read more
We have been going to this Chick-fil-A since it first opened. Up to now always very quick and courteous and clean. Maybe change... in management but waited about 25 minutes for a mobile drive- thru order on Oct 6. It was a Thursday evening around 725.Terrible no apology for the wait which they usually do. On today Oct 8 we dined in. Had to wait about 15 minutes for food ourserver was polite and courteous and apologized for the delay. I first spoke to manager (guy in red shirt) did not say I willcheck on it he acknowledged me and went back to check. Food came out about a minute later like it was on the way. No commentfrom management. Sad part is as I write this and look around the dining room tables have trash on them, food spilled and womensbathroom had dirty countertop, no seat covers for toilet trash overflowing May give this one another chance 3 experiences ikethis will cause me to find another place to dine. I arrived to pick up an online order that should have been ready at 12:10. I told someone the name on the order. I proceeded to... wait. 10 mins go by and a manager asks me what order I'm waiting for I tell him he says it should be ready soon they are workingon it . 20 minutes go I still don't have my order and tons of orders are placed on the online order rack no of which were mine.I never received my order and left the store after 35 minutes of waiting. Your staff was very friendly, one staff member came twice to our table an asked if everything was ok an if we needed anything.... So, So appreciative of all the kindness we received. The store (Table, Chairs an floor) was Very Clean!! We really enjoyed ourvisit!!! Read more
Good food. Fast service. My only complaint is the constant lack of order consistency. Always make sure you check your bag before... leaving. Usually will be missing something whether it?s sauce, straws or entire entrees. Out of 20 visits, our order has hadsomething missing in about 6 of those visits. Read more
When this location first opened up at every thing was great? but now the past 3 times iv come my fries have been really soggy... and sometimes taste undone. I went through the drive through today and was really nice about my complaint and asked if I couldget fresh fries and some that are done! The person who took my order stated that they have gotten this complaint a few times andthere?s nothing he can do about it. Ate here on a Saturday morning around 8am. The kid that waited on us was brand new and was unsure how to work the register.... There were 3 employees sitting down in the dining room area. The same kid that took my order brought the food out as the otheremployees were sitting in the dining room. The same kid had to go back and get our drinks. Again while employees were sittingin the dining room. I figure it mustve been a rough 2hrs being open. Cudos to the new guy for doing everything. Read more
