Currently still waiting on an order. Was told to park as there biscuits are all out and it?ll be 20 to 25 minutes till they are... done. Order placed at 8:36pm currently 9:24pm. Still waiting. I called inside and the lady sounded like they didn?t realize theystill had an order parked outside. Poor customer service, how do you forget a parked order when you can see it from the drivethrough window. Would give zero stars if I could. Read more
Decided to come inside and sit like we've done before and whoa...this location has really gone down the tube. There were dirty... tables with food on them and I really regretted coming inside as it was so depressing. The food area was an absolute mess. Iwon't be returning. There was rowdy group of teen at a table that I had to ask to tone it down. Does this place have a manager?So much for taking pride in your work. Read more

Not a good store and not helping Bojangles image at all. This place seems consistently mismanaged. They frequently run out of... chicken and ask drive through customers to wait for 15 - 20 minutes to prepare more. Other times the chicken is cold and gross.I have been to many Bojangles stores and never experienced these problems. Their managers seem to get it right, but this one isat the bottom of all of them. This was an exceptional experience. This location is well staffed, clean and in a great spot. The speed was great and my food... was fresh and hot. My first ever review?. Two employees have been sitting/lying down in a booth for over 30 minutes. Trash cans are full and 10 of... the tables have trash or food residue on them. The young lady who took my order was the only bright spot to my visit. She had toactually take my order, bag my food and make my drink. Read more
Monday, 5:40 pm, doors locked on entrance side. Sign says dining room open 9pm. Wife and I put put our 3 kids back in the van.... Drive around to other side and see a guy coming out. He says it's open. We park and go to that door only to now find itlocked. Drove from north Raleigh to this Bojangles as it has a nicer environment. We will not make that mistake again. Read more
