I had the jerk chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. They used the whole chicken and it was cooked perfectly cut up into... pieces. Nothing dry and different parts of the chicken had different textures and smokiness. I even like the leg and I neverlike the leg! Truly a phenomenal Jamaican experience! Popped in today because I was in town and Jamaican food is off the charts, and any... possible expectations I may have had were thoroughly met and exceeded!
