We went back today per husband?s request. Ordered to-go on the phone & was ready in 10minutes again. I was wanting to introduce my husband to Vietnamese food and after a bit of research I decided to go with Pho Waipahu and... needless to say that this was an amazing choice! The Banh Mi was absolutely delicious and the broth in my husband's pho (the #11I believe) was flavorful! He was super happy with his meal and now we're set on coming back to work our way through their menu!The staff were very kind and the atmosphere was so calming. Oh yeah, and their chili oil was bomb! It's okay, mediocre at best. Got the combination extra large for $16 bucks. The flavour profile lacks depth and reminiscent of... flavour packet style pho with lots of added sugar. The bowl consisted of what seemed like 95% noodles and barely any meat. Phois served with lemons, that's all you need to know! Read more

I have been to a few Pho places on the island, and I gotta say.. They have the best broth on the island.. Its so flavorful and... comforting... I usally love my chili oil and Hoisin sauce in my Pho, but the broth is so flavorful that it doesn't need anyadditional sauces to it. ? 5 out 5.
