Sourdough Jack tasted as if it was reheated in the microwave more than once. I can’t say what tasted more like shoe leather... the bread or the so called bacon. They were both tough to chew. I threw most of it away. Additionally the egg rolls tasted asif they were cooked in the same oil as fish. I’m done JB for good. Read more

Don't understand the concept of tying the door shut with a plastic bag versus just locking it...
23 min to get 2 kids meals and only had 2 cars in line. Workers moved like sloths. Never coming back
You know the deals with these fast food chains. All the same just different workers. Service is fast and workers were awesome.
Long line, and wait in drive-thru. Signage outside stating you can walk in and do take out, but the front door is locked. I... don't know what kind of service is running here at this location, but you're better off going somewhere else. Read more
Horrible experience!!! It took 3 employees just to ring up a breakfast order. Language barrier was an issue. The young man... with the cross in his ear who was at the register between 4:45 pm March 14th 2022 didnt even try to take my order because hecouldn't understand my order even when I pointed it at the breakfast menu right next to the register. It seemed like he didn'twant to be there, everyone else was hustling except for him. The older gentleman did a great job confirming the order makingsure it was correct. Then I saw the older one taking out the trash. Give him a raise. Read more
Update: Advertises 24 hours but they are continually closed during the night and late cancel delivery orders. Unreliable.
