Poor customer service. Did not include fries with the chicken finger meal, however includes the roll and gravy. When informed of... his mistake....he straight out lied and said he only charged for strips. Not impressed. But there were four fries in the box,so I believe he got lazy at closing time, and then fibbed about it. Read more

Great small town classic chain. Has everything from burgers to pizzas, also has a great assortment of ice cream. Brand new... digital menus, a donair that requires a big hunger. Read more
Got a sandwich this afternoon and was not pleased to say the least. Asked for mayo and mustard and received neither on the... sandwhich. The woman behind the counter also did not give me my change but instead threw it in their tip jar. They gave me twomustard packets which was fine I don?t mind putting it on myself however these packets were expired. The mustard was a hardpaste and smelled horrible. I only ate a quarter of the sandwich and thought it tasted funny and stopped and checked it and theham had green in it. This is not the first terrible experience we have had here and we will not be back nor recommend thisplace. Your better off going to subway or McDonald?s you get a better quality and price. Read more
I love the burgers here. I ordered a medium fries and the bag was topped off. Fries were crispy and hot. Frankly too many fries... for me but it would have been the perfect amount to share. I find myself stopping by here often for lunch to grab a burger.Their hours are also pretty surprising. You'd expect them to be open around 12-7 or something but instead its 11-11. All thestaff are very personable. I simply love it here. I keep finding myself coming by on my work lunches. Read more
My experience here is generally positive, but the inside could use a good cleaning. I think this would help alot with regards to... how people would feel about this place. The outside has an old look I like but then it has the same inside that doesn't holdwell. Food is good at a 4. People are very nice. I did think super casual Friday everyday was strange but not a big deal. Ilike the idea of the play area but I don't think they should let their kid past the counter for sanitary reason. Read more
Rave! ... to Burger Baron and Suzie for an amazing Triple Mushroom Burger. I thought I would skip breakfast today and build up... an appetite for my burger craving. I have never been to Burger Baron since being in Wainwright for 13 months. I held off on thefries so I could have room for the burger :) I upgraded to cheese, bacon and fried onions. The result? The burger bun wasnicely toasted, not burnt nor dry. The cheese was fresh. The mushroom sauce was unbelievable and it perfectly complimented thefried onions and generous portions of mushrooms. The beef and bacon was tasty and juicy. The restrooms were extremely clean. Ifyou are able to get past the outdated decor and signage on the outside and the small plate the burger is served on; Inside, youwill encounter a friendly and cheerful lady named Suzie and she will make you an awesome burger! We went with our hockey team, we were in and out in less than an hour with our pre-orders for a sit down meal. Service was... great, and efficient. Place was clean. Well done staff of Burger Baron! Read more
