The server in the lounge really didn’t do a good job being a server yesterday when we stopped on our drive through for a bite... to eat. Service was lacking. Errors were made with orders and requests. Disappointed in that visit. Edit: The manager reachedout and apologized and addressed some of the issues with my visit. For that I’ll increase my review towards customer serviceaspect of the manager. I appreciate her reaching out. Read more
Decided to try their new shrimp tacos. I mean who doesn't love a Taco? Well, I didn't love these. The shells were dry and hard,... the shrimp was so over fried it hurt my mouth to eat them, and the coleslaw was just ok. Very disappointing. On a positivenote, my husband had the salmon bowl and loved it! The salmon was cooked perfectly and it came with an assortment of yummyveggies and rice. Next time I'll have what he's having. Horrendously mismanaged. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Front end takes a "hands off" approach when it... comes to the kitchen, so standards can end up being all over the place. 75 percent of the menu is frozen or bought in, or BOTH.Microwaves are used more than any kitchen I've witnessed. Credit to them though, they can definitely dress up a plate ofreheated food. No regards for the staff, oh and people are let go for literally no reason sometimes. Very cliquey place. Steerclear!!! Turned away our family at the door, 10 people is “too many”. Offered to sit at 2 tables of 5 but they “only have two... cooks” so they refused to even let us sit. We would have been fine waiting awhile if they’re inexperienced. But no, theytell us to leave. 2 cooks can’t handle 10 people? Maybe 12 people were in the whole place already? Why have 5 staff for 12people? Must be losing money faster than being closed would… Why even be open? Won’t be back, love Boston Pizza but notWainwright. Don’t waste your time. Read more
Very good place to eat. Prices are good, and have a great menu. Service was good also.
It's honestly just the price to portion ratio. Rum and coke was loaded with ice. First sip and I was out. I understand the... recession but spending an entire months salary for a salad seems over the top. Read more
