We had an absolutely lovely time here and just passing by from trip to Hawi, Hi ( my very first place I lived in Hawaii in 1991)... There was only a gourmet pizza place at the Harbor. Our waitress was super attentive and helpful during happy hour where we hadto try everything on menu and loved everything!! Our bill came to over $200 for party of 5 .. never spend this much for lunchbut having a family get together and great atmosphere at HH prices made it quite memorable. Had to make a review because neededto express what a wonderful experience and cuisine. Read more
Awesome service! Above 5 star compared to other places on Big Island. Food is Delicious. Great hospitality. Must try restaurant.... Reasonable price. Location view is not great, but still worth to try food and service. I have returned again in 4 days. Great!! Read more
Original Seafood dishes that you can?t find anywhere else. Amazing quality!! Massive local beer selection. Cocktails are... better than typical generic Hawaiian drinks. Pupu?s (mostly seafood) are unique and well made. Always a lace to visit i. thisvast desert!! Read more
Food is great! Service can be a bit more attentive. The coconut shrimp only include 4 pieces for the price which seems... expensive. The fried rice is excellent, and the catch of the day is also a great choice. I would definitely come back again. Read more
While this is not a restaurant I would go to regularly due to the cost of each dish, I did have the pleasure of being treated to... lunch. I ordered the Braised Beef Rib, and holy smokes, they were damn good. The meat was so flavorful and tender, and didn'teven require any effort to cut. The sides were also very tasty. The atmosphere of the place was welcoming and easygoing, and hada very pleasant island aesthetic. The waitstaff was very courteous and made sure things were attended to, and even when theyforgot that we wanted a to-go order after our sit-down meal, they addressed it posthaste. Overall, I was very happy with howthings turned out, and would highly recommend the Seafood Bar and Grill to anyone who is looking for a high-quality meal andfriendly environment. Read more
Was definitely worth stopping to have! I got the house salad, Black Bean Seafood combo with a side order of rice. One the... service was great. I was sat and welcomed within 2minutes. & it took them no time to bring out my food, maybe 7min max. As tothe food, I would recommend skipping the salad. For what it is, a cups worth of lettuce with 2 cherry tomatoes, didn?t find itworth the price. However, I will say the Seafood combo is worth every penny spent! The seafood was cooked perfectly and thesauce is to die for! Highly recommend getting the rice to make it more of a filler meal. 12/10 recommend getting it. Read more

We ate here twice once for lunch, once for Happy Hour. The ambience is great. It's a Tiki Bar...they acknowledge on the door... they are short staffed but we didn't notice any service issues. They were courteous, timely, and friendly. We loved thesalads, the fries, and the coconut shrimp. Just a lovely spot to fillup and enjoy the fun erlaxed ambience.
