Rarely get my order correct. Refused to give me ketchup for fries. Claiming that was for burgers only. Out of packets of... ketchup, so you don't get any. What? Ordered my meal for dine in and got an attitude about it. Saying they are closing soon so Ishould be aware. Won't be back. Read more

It's the typical Burger King you'd find anywhere else except 100% more expensive. Service is fine, food comes out fine, and the... wait isn't long. But with the price I'm paying I'm going to want more than just "fine". I'm gonna want the best Whopper andfries I have ever eaten. A Whopper normally costs around $5.69 while a meal will cost you about $8.79. at least that's how muchit was on the mainland. You can check the price yourself online. There are normally deals such as 2 for $12 Whopper meals..except here you can only choose from the cheaper items such as an original chicken sandwich or a "Big King" which is just asmall burger. You also can't use the mobile app for special exclusive deals anywhere here in Hawaii. I'm not sure why it's soexpensive here in Hawaii. So how much would it cost you to eat here? A Whopper at this location is $12 and that's just for asandwich. The meal is $15 and making it medium or large will cost extra. They do have cheap nuggets here which are $3 for 8 ofsomething like that. In the end I don't think the price is worth it; I like BK but I don't like BK that much. Read more

Ever wonder why the Waimea McDonalds drive through is always jamming and Burger King is wide open? Because BK is terrible. And... expensive. I decided to try it again after being disappointed every single time. Ordered 2 whopper Jr. with chz. Came in thewhopper with chz wrapper?no chz. Ordered 2 small fries and onion rings got 3 small fries. No onion rings. We also got a fishsandwich wanted ex tartar on the side. Nope! Can?t even get the chz how we guna expect extra sauce?!! Add one large drink n 2pies a small nugget and those jalapeño things and the total was $45! Get home to a bunch of dried out nasty food. For almost$50. I?m so over it. Half of it got thrown away. Last time I said never again. This time I mean it. From now on we?re teamMcDonalds if we wanna skip making dinner. Read more
No complaints except when I went back for more katchup I had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to come to the... counter...besides that it went great...the whopper was hot and delicious Read more
Had a craving for a good cheeseburger... so I remembered the commercial that they had a Rodeo King with barbecue sauce and onion... rings and went in looking for it. They did not have it on the menu anywhere, but they did have it when I asked for it. So theburger turned out pretty decent... but I'm kind of a stickler for cleanliness and before I got it I went to use their bathroomsand was surprised ... they need to clean the bathroom thoroughly because it definitely ain't pretty. That's why only the threestars. If you sell an item you should have it on the menu, and if you're going to provide a bathroom... It should be clean. Read more
They either forget an item, or give you something really gross. No reason to go back, even if it's the only thing open "late".
