Walked half a mile to get here a few minutes past 22:00 and it?s the only restaurant that?s open. The manager REFUSED to sell... me a meal because I wasn?t in a car and they only have drive through from 22:00 to 23:00 I offered to pay double cause I wasreally hungry and hadn?t eaten in 12 hours, but they told me to go away. No other place is open. Terrible customer service Read more

Pretty good for McDonalds in Hawaii. May be a little slow but they are super busy most of the time. Patience

Good service. I ordered 5x apple pies and the manager said they only had 3 but, if I wanted, I could wait a few minutes for 2... more, which I agreed to do. She could have just told me there was no more, especially because they were almost closed but, shewent out of her way to tell me it would only take a couple minutes if I could wait. Customer service is unfortunately rarenowadays, so this was refreshing to me to be treated nicely like this. Read more

Amazing to walk in and see employees make eye contact and then they continue to ignore you, as if no one wants to take your... order, even the manager stood there just watching never acknowledging. I see a bunch of people who want $15 an hr to show up andstand around at work and not actually do any work, disgusting. What ever happened to taking pride in your work, or even havingthe slightest bit of work ethic? After almost 3 mins of waiting and being ignored, a employee decided to finally take my order. If it were my restaurant i would fire them all except the one drive thru worker who is always pleasant and mindful of his job. Iwould definitely fire the manager, and restaff with workers who actually want to do work! Thats why its called work! Holylaziness Batman!! Read more

Wailuku McD: great food/drinks/cofeeee... in fact, it's the LEAST EXPENSIVE McD on Maui except for the minimal Dollar menu: all... others are 50%+ more expensive... for EVERYTHING!. ALL McD COFFEE IN HAWAII IS SUPERIOR KONA COFFEE... not so on the mainland.Note: all McDs in Maui have a high employee turn over rate, so CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING... often wrong. Read more

Only drive through. The dining is shut off to public. There is homeless people that surround the area of the McDonald's Wailuku... town center. Unfortunately it's close to an area where a bridge surrounding the area is an encampment for houseless. Peoplefrequently walk around close to the area. Read more

All McDonald's are not created equal. The service here is always quick proportional to their crowd and the food quality has... never been off in the numerous times I've been to this location. This restaurant also features an ice-chilled water dispenserfor those who prefer a more refreshing glass of water and don't like the nasty makeshift water that always comes out of the softdrink machines. An order of large fries is a full 40 cents less than the Kahului locations and the savings quickly add up asyou order more and more food. There are some gripes with this location, but are mostly easily remedied. The first is that whengoing through the drive thru, they have a tendency to botch the order. I've had orders for a breakfast platter and hash brownsgo without the hash browns and meal orders without the fries in the past. You can simply check your order before driving off or(my recommendation) eat inside to avoid the fuss altogether. It is also rather difficult to pull in or out of the drive thruarea of the restaurant on account of its location which provides even more incentive to park in a stall and eat in. The finalissue is the volume of homeless people who frequent the area. This is a problem that plagues most McDonald's locations, butthis one in particular seems to be a more attractive hub for one reason or another (possibly the more affordable pricepoint). All in all, there aren't too many things I can think to do to improve the experience at this location. It's a greatplace to stop in on a lunch break or grab a quick, chilled cup of water on your way to where you need to be. If you want somequick, affordable food in Wailuku, there isn't much reason not to come here. Read more
