First time going there a few days ago and placed my order. When I finally got to the cashier she saw that I had a big bill. She... asked if I had anything smaller and I told her no. So she calls what I presumed was the manager over and spoke to each other.Than they walked away from each other without engaging me. I had to finally ask if they couldn't make change and was told yeah.These young kids nowadays have no respect and common sense. Will stick with subway. Read more
A little pricey but, one of the only places that have subs around that taste like the northeast's subs do.
The lady with the brown hair and glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE. I will NEVER visit this store again! Rude!
What the actual f*. Usually this place does a good job. we walk in and see a girl at the counter who looks busy so we say hi and... wait. we wait a few moments then my husband walks up and just tells her his order. She writes it down and says to give details(toppings) to the person who will help us. There was no one else present. We stand around a couple minutes, other girl comes outon cell phone, sort of puts it down and looks at us, walks away on phone. What a nightmare..... and I love Jersey Mike?s! ??????????? They got a big grill but can only make 1 hot sandwich at a time.... Workers crowding customers into a corner to take orders, the manager the only one assembling sandwiches while taking phoneorders and he don?t even change gloves. Touch everything and the food. I guess it Kahului from now on.. Jus tried Wailuku againa year later? same ??????????????? same good food, same bad service, in all fairness, they were making 2 sandwiches at a time.??????????????? Was absolutely delicious had the Philly cheese steak. It was good food at a really reasonable price.
We love the sandwiches here but horrible service my fiance made an online order and it said order will be ready at 6:57pm she... waited for almost an hour then she comes home and finds we are missing 1 sandwich she tries to call no one answers she goesback and waits longer gets home at 8:16pm now my 7yr old is eating his dinner after 8:00! They use to have great service nowit's horrible! This is not the 1st time they messed up our order! Read more
Happy to see a couple Jersey Mike's on Maui. We got subs right after the plane landed, and purchased more at second location... right before we left. Easy to take on board, kids love it, and the oil/seasoning mix is awesome. Nice staff at both locations. Thanks! Read more
