Just went to Saigon Cafe for the first time in a couple of years. The food was absolutely delicious! We had the green papaya... salad with shrimp and a clay pot rice dish with tofu and the flavor in both dishes was extraordinary. The staff was veryfriendly and service was very fast. This place is absurd. The family style baked chicken was the most juicy and delicious chicken I've ever had. The oxtail soup was... TO DIE FOR! It was so flavorful and the meat fell right off the bone. Everything we ordered was splendid. Deserves more hype,the most food we have had in Maui yet! Read more
This place had very good Pho. I ordered rare beef noodle soup and my friends ordered stir fried noodle with tofu as you see on... the picture but kinda a bit salty for stir fried, and another one, duck noodle soup which was very good one. I didn?t have apicture but the staff who took our order, he recommended this one. The service was very nice and the guy who took our order, hehad a lot of sense of humor :) which made our laugh and enjoy!! Read more
OMG so much more than the normal Bun bowls and Pho! Who knew that there was Vietnamese fondue?!? We got the mixed Fondue and it... was not only fun but DEEEELICIOUS. The prices are reasonable and the staff was funny. Maybe my new favorite restaurant on theisland. Read more
