We’ve eaten at various Sansei’s throughout the islands and our meal here in Waikoloa was pretty good. We shared some maki... rolls and small plates including Fried Rolls, Beef Teriyaki, Shrimp Dynamite and Panko Crusted Ahi. Cocktails were great andthe service was friendly and fast. Parking is easy so no worries there but it does get crowded so make reservations. Read more

When we arrived for dinner, apparently there was a “special pricing” dinner. When we didn’t have reservations the lady was... able to Seat 6 of us at 2 different tables. One gentleman walked by as we were being seated and made a huff sound as he gruntedout “must be no reservation people”. Was a bit rude. The server we got was amazing and treated us with respect. Helped uswith menu choices and new the specials. He knew the menu well, as well as the specials. We were there to celebrate a 16th & 50thbirthday. Pricing seemed normal for this area. Read more

Ate here before our flight off the island and will definitely be back. Enjoyed the miso cod - so buttery and melts in your... mouth, a duck fat ramen, sushi rolls and refreshing beverages. Our server was personable and very knowledgeable about the menuand the island. Read more

This is our first meal in the Big Island. Very small portions and the food is not that good, but fresh. Very expensive for... what you get (quality and quantity). Would not recommend this place. Read more

I want to give this place a 5 but just couldn’t. Let me tell you why you should still eat here. The staff is extremely... friendly! I called in to get a reservation and they were great. The place was packed at 6 when we arrived. Masks arerequired. The food was really good but the portions a bit smaller than expected. That’s not a bad thing. I really enjoyed ourmeal. Read more

This was the first meal we had after landed in the Big Island. The foods are okay, but portions are tiny, not worth the price... for sure. A little bit understaffed and charged a fixed 18% service fee with very little service. Won’t recommend this placeto people who can easily find Japanese restaurants in there hometown. Read more

Really good food with a pretty varied menu. Sushi, steaks, baked Mahi Mahi, etc. As can be expected, not cheap, but reasonable... quality for the money given the area. Lobster ravioli was really good, and the truffle Mac and cheese was surprisingly yummy. Read more

I have no complaints about my dinner here. We came here looking for sushi, but the Brussels sprouts and seafood pasta were... beyond better than the sushi. The service was great! Also, this place has a completed loaded bar. Highly suggest you stop byhere. Read more
