I get this every now and then hoping it?ll taste the way it looks, but like always I?m not impressed. They need a little... quality control when it comes to sauce proportions, and flavor? Been many times and no issues. This last visit- coke was flat, salad was horrible(rotten pieces of lettuce throughout entire... salad) and I never got my hot wings. When our waitress walked by and my husband asked about the wings- she was like oh yeah holdon. I went to counter and asked that the order to be canceled. She was just standing there with the other waitress and said Itold him three times about the wings and sorry. Instead of chatting, she should have come told me. I came with my family hoping to eat some good pizza locally, big mistake. The waiter was inattentive despite us being the only... ones there at first, one of our drinks never arrived. After a half hour our cheesy garlic fries came, they were cold and burnt.After an hour total we decided to ask how much longer and were surprised to see that other orders were being filled before ours,I'm talking several other orders about 7 of them and 2+ pizzas at a time. The pizza was ready after over an hour... well thefirst one. The pizza was plain and distasteful we were very disappointed to say the least. After 10 more minutes we decided toask for our second pizza to go, at this point we were tired of being there and just wanted to leave but had to wait anadditional 10 minutes for it. Both pizzas came warm at best. Coming into a local spot with high hopes we left very disappointednot to mention almost being charged for a drink that never came, if I could leave negative stars I would. Good service, unique decor, good flavored pizza. Lots of cheese and good sauce and toppings. The crust edges were burned.
The Pizza (BBQ Chicken) was okey, nothing special. Maybe it's also because I'm used to something different from... Switzerland. The personal was friendly and they have also WiFi for the guests. The restaurant looks really nice. At the photosyou can see the menu. Read more
Outstanding experience. This may be the best pizza I've ever had. Ingredients were delicious, dough tasted hand made, and the... staff was having fun with their work. Music was playing, staff was joking around with each other, and our server, Ian, wasattentive, answered questions, brought us water and made basically a custom pizza for us. I bought a shirt and Ian made sure Itried it on before I bought it because he knew the sizes could be a little off. They bring that level of attention to detail tothe food as well. Just top notch pizza. Very highly recommend this place if you've just caught a fall sunset on the north shore.Cute little romantic booths too! Read more
Incredible place in Wailua! Outside is a little unassuming, inside just incredible. I hade a Bacon cheese Berger which turned to... be one of the best Berger?s I?ve had in years. Seating spans booths for six plus people, staff was incredible. Background musicwas perfect. Music played at a volume easy to hear yet, you could hold a conversation with no problems. Lighting created theperfect atmosphere. This is definitely a dine in and enjoy the meal with friends and family location. Read more
