My family and I were here for the first night of a three day excursion kn Wahoo for a funeral. The Wheel House staff and patrons... were nothing but kind and super accommodating. We had a party of 15 of us, and I have dietary restrictions, but the waitresskept up with everyone, laughed and joked with us, and made sure she was keeping in compliance with my food sensitivity!Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Actually ate there before reading the reviews. We had 2 appetizers. The cheese curds and the fried mushrooms. Both were... outstanding and the size of the orders were incredible. Three adults had burgers that were also very good. 3 Kids meals werefinished completely. Yes it could have had a more conscientious waitress, but there were only two people outside the kitchen.After reading the reviews its possible things are improving. I'd still recommend it. Read more

Great place. Love the food and the atmosphere is amazing with all the TV's at the bar and out on the patio
The burger and cold beer made up for the waitress that acted like we were an inconvenience. Great prices, cold beer, good food... but smiling doesn't hurt anyone. Read more

The food is great, but the service is horrible. Though the food is good it is rarely correct as far as what you ordered. This... place could be great with some improvements. No PEPPER JACK CHEESE AS ORDERED, but at least no mayo... Read more
For a bar the food is really good. It's not just a bunch of premade stuff they throw in a fryer either. The fries were hand cut.
