I just tried to place a carryout order of a simple large cheese pizza, thats it, nothing else nothing fancy and they refuse to... take my order because they are backed up and long wait time. So I guess this place dont like to make money so I took my businesssomewhere else. Read more

What?s up with the new way they?re answering the phone? It?s way easier to order with the old script Worker: Pick up or... delivery? Costumer: delivery Worker: alright what can I get you Costumer: I?d like a [blank] Worker: would you like anythingelse? Costumer: no , that?d be it, thank you Worker: alright your total is $? and it?d be ready in 30-45 minutes Costumer: thankyou *** hangs up*** It?s so much easier, why did they change it to asking things they already know? I?ve called a milliontimes, you got my right address, if I know I moved houses then I would tell you my new address, there?s no need to make the callso long, keep it short and sweet, I understand that when it?s a new number you have to ask their address and stuff but forpeople who call everyday it?s a little ANNOYING, just saying, and please consider changing back to the old script , thank you,also the food is good, I love it here . I don't know who thought about outsourcing their call line, but that is a complete mistake. Ordering pizza should be easy not... long and stretched out and complicated. I'm really just lost for words. This is horrible. Read more
Call to make a order at 11pm on 6-4-22. Google says they close at 12am. Rings rings rings and lady answers and says we are... closed and hangs up. Thanks Hungry Howies. Great customer service. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, every time I drive thruthere, kids out back smoking who knows what. Read more
I order from this wahneta location place quite often, i ordered a pizza tonight. And because the young lady entered my credit... card info incorrect, i gave her the information again slowly so she could follow my speach and after she entered the info sheslammed the phone down before i could tell her thank you. Pizza was good, once they located my online order. Just dont ask for Parmesan cheese packets, 2 cost $1.50. Not going to pay... that again, I was afraid to ask for napkins, who knows how much they would have cost. Read more
I won't order from this one more than once my food was nasty last thing I got was a ham sub and it was burnt wish I had a... picture I don't want to over state but it was bad the top of the top layer of the bread separated and it was crunchy justnasty..I was accused of calling in to add more to a delivery order that I didn't add...
