I got a hot chocolate from here once and... it didn't really taste like hot chocolate. It's also overpriced just for coffee,... closes earlier than expected, and apparently is in some hot water right now. All around, I'm gonna give it a 1 star for now,maybe it'll be better next time. Read more

I literally just came from this Starbucks and they said they?re close. Didn?t give me no reason of why they?re closing. Just... came up to me and said ?we?re closed?. It?s only 6pm and when you look it up it say close at 8pm on Sunday. This isn?t the firsttime they close super early. I don?t get it do they make their own hours or what. Very annoying. Read more

Literally the worst Starbucks. It?s like target doesn?t bother to train these people at all. On more than one occasion they have... not made drinks correctly. Today, my normal Starbucks was closed. I went here. I have four drinks to order. I order the firsttwo- she does not ask if they should be hot or cold. I correct her and say hot when she picks up the wrong cup and startswriting on it. She looks at me annoyed. I then order my other two drinks. She rings it up, asks me if I?m part of target circle,then tells me to put my card in and walks away. I was not given the opportunity to scan my Starbucks app (my method of payment)until I asked to use it and before I could even say ?I have rewards? she scans my phone. When I say ?I had rewards I wanted touse? she says, oh I?m sorry. And then just looks at me. Um no. I then inform her they are my birthday rewards. They expire. Iwant to use them. She then tells me she doesn?t know how to refund the money to the app and cannot use the rewards. Finallyanother worker steps in and tells her she has to refund cash. She asks me if that?s okay. I say fine, thinking they will re-ringthe transaction. She refunds me the amount of one drink. It takes me a second to figure it out, then I realize how they did itand say okay, thank you and go to walk away. They just stare at me. Then I realize they have to scan the app again to use therewards. Was that communicated? No. Only the girl actually making the drinks was polite and professional. This is not the onlytime I have had horrible customer service here, but it will be the last. Starbucks or target- I don?t care which- but someoneneeds to do better. Read more

This Starbucks location is terrible. Poor customer service. I have had to tell them how to make a menu drink before. They also... refused to give me a decaf coffee stating that they didn?t have any brewed. It wasn?t the end of the day so shouldn?t they havebrewed some more? They forgot the cream in my husbands coffee and the employee goes ?oh I forgot your creamer? and puts the halfand half in front of him to add in himself when the drink was full In the cup. The employees need some better training. Read more
