This bad review is for the owner. If you find ways to value the employees who dedicate themselves to making your profit, you... won't have to shut down your store when the truck drivers who rely on restaurants like yours to have a decent meal during theirbreaks. Running a business ain't rocket science. Take care of your people and they will take care of you. Read more
Food is consistently good. This, and all Dennys should go back to 24hrs. This particular store closes at 3pm most days, which is... crazy to me since it's right off the highway. Staffing is probably the issue. Too bad. Read more
We came in and right after that a sign was put up that it was take out only because it was short handed. We were giving a choice... of waiting or the take out. We didn't mind waiting for a table so we chose to wait. The customers before us were seated and wewaited and waited. And at least 4 different tables paid and left. We were asked if a take out order was ours and we said no. Andthat was the only thing said to us. After employees came up there at least 4 different times. So we gave up after 30 minutesbecause we weren't really sure if they knew we were waiting for a table. My husband is a truck driver and all we wanted was asit down meal. And we didn't mind waiting. What started good ended with a horrible experience. I get my food and it was wrong after saying I don?t want fries I?d like a... salad. I asked my server that I?d like salad and he?s like tight I forgot and brought it. Now take a close look at the salad(cucumbers) If you knew they weren?t good why put them on there. So I asked Amber the lady in the picture with her mask beingimproperly worn if she can come to my table. She said one second and never came. I asked her about 10 min later if she forgotabout me and she said ?I?m busy and I?m not your server? very rude and disrespectful if you as me. Then my server came over andasked what?s wrong and I asked to speak to the supervisor. She agreed with my on the salad saying it should?ve never been givingout and she apologized. I said may I have my receipt I?ll pay for what I ate which were nachos but not paying for what I didn?teat. I forgot to mention I was going to be charged for my meal and I said I didn?t want it. But this experience was horrible andI know there are worse but some customer service with both amber and the cook might need to be reviewed. Read more
awesome service! we got in super quick and were given drinks right away with great service and the food tasted super good.... although it did take a bit of time to get the food, it was worth it as the staff was very kind as well as it was during brunchrush. Read more
The interior was very clean and incredibly inviting, with charming patriotic and road-tripped theme decor that didn't, as a... whole, come off as tacky. Service was much quicker than most places I go to during 3rd shift hours, and the food was warm,fresh, and filling. There were no issues to be had with any requested modifications- such as pico de gallo on the side for ournacho appetizer (which was delicious, by the way). The server was new, but incredibly friendly, and didn't mind us sitting awhile to chat. They also had a bar top and- best of all- 6 person booths!! I will be back. Read more
I was in on an early quiet Monday afternoon. only 3 customers at the time. staff is sincere and kept busy during this slow... time of day. My lumberjack meal was cooked to order and well done. Coffee was good. Dining room is well- kept and clean.Camaraderie among staff this afternoon as they work together. Easy to find off the highway and plenty of parking. Well done. Read more
