I don't go here often, but had a gift card so I went to try it. They made my drink wrong and were pretty rude to me since I... asked if they had something similar to a chai latte smoothie (which is what I get at Moca Monkey) their called frappaccinos(yeah I probably spelt that wrong) there and I'm apparently a jerk for not knowing that... I guess there shouldn't be just astigma about Starbucks customers being rude but their staff as well. Maybe there's a correlation between the two? Read more

drive through is always fast and my drink is somewhat complicated and it?s almost always right, and the staff is really nice
Friendly employees, good coffee, plenty of plugins for charging.
Pretty disappointed in the Waconia Starbucks. I don?t get coffee out much so when I do it is a treat. Twice at the same location... I have ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and they have forgotten the sweet cream. I won?t be going back to this location. Read more
I came to this location a few days ago when the store was short staffed and the lobby was closed. So, I did what any decent... person would do and simply went through the drive-thru. The line moved very fast and the worker at the window was very friendly,but stressed. She told me that she?d been getting yelled at all morning by disgruntled customers. They had multiple people callin sick and were unable to turn off mobile orders because of tech. issues. I told her that it?s It?s always surprising to seepeople lose their minds over a stupid cup of coffee. She ended up giving me my coffee for free as a thank you for beingunderstanding. People, let?s just remember that the people working in customer service are?..ALSO PEOPLE! Let?s have somerespect. It?s not their fault that they?re short staffed, or that you made the conscious decision to stop for coffee and nowyou?re late for work. Get a life. Read more
