Today at 7:15 I called the location twice and was put on hold for 5 mins each then I was hung up on, twice. I went in to pick up... the food and was lied to by an employee named Austin. Austin told me it would be an hour wait on food, then when his managerapproached he told me ?no I?m just kidding I?m just kidding you can order?. I never had a problem with Wingstop but this time I did. I had order delivered and they did not give me what I ordered. I... usually order the same thing lemon pepper and parmersha cheese. Instead of parmesha cheese I got atomic hot. When I calledwingtip to let them know they said I had to bring it back to them. What is the point of delivery, if I wanted to get out I wouldhave gone to pick up my order. So right now I am very unhappy with wingtip. The customer service sucked. Read more
**Edit: from 1start to 4 starts *I'm telling everybody to give this place a second chance, they are doing way better now with... Maria Yesterday after several months I decided to go back to Wingstop even to they fail me three times in a row. Well Maria tookcare of me, great costumer service, she did everything and more to make sure we had a great experience. Y'all need moreemployees like her. *They forgot my 3blue cheese. Called 4 times nobody pick up. If I'm ordering out is because I don't havetime, if I pick it up by the time I comeback home my food will be ice cold. Wow where do I start smh ! I've visited this Wingstop on South New road a few times and for a while the food and service was hit... or miss....Unfortunately as of late Service has been good but the food lacked any type of attention to detail or Love. Let megive you 1 example. On my last visit I heard that Wingstop had pretty good chicken tenders so I decided to try them for myself.I ordered the 5 piece Chicken tender meal which came with fry's and a drink. I ordered the Lemon pepper flavor, well when myfood arrived my fries were cold and there was barely any fries in the basket. The Tenders had no lemon pepper seasoning on themand they looked like balls of chicken, no crispiness what so ever , no flavor. I will not be returning to this location. The 1star I gave them is for the Customer service. Overall I'm disappointed. Read more
Everyone says not to go to the new road location but it was the closest to me so. The lady at the front had an attitude since... the beginning and all of the workers looked like they really didn?t want to be there.
