This used to be a great place? we were there a few days ago?. The workers were to busy laughing and joking around in the kitchen... we waited for ever for our food?. The people in front of us never got their food they ended up asking for a refund?.figured we?dtry it one more time last night??.. we were the fourth person in the building it took over 45 min to get our food??.. we will begoing to a different location from now on?? the service is just horrible at this one?.. We sat in the drive thru for at least half an hour with no one around. It took so long for them to take our order and then sit... at the window only to see the employees on their phones and completely disregard us. When the manager came to talk to us herexcuse was they were switching shifts and took a bit to finish our order. It took half an hour for TWO shakes. Read more
I would give a zero star rating if i could. We love eating at Whataburger and go here all the time, but after today's experience... I will not be back to this location. I ordered a large onion ring and didn't receive it with my order. The toast that was in thechicken strip meal was a folded over piece of bread that looked like it had seen better days. When the girl working the drivethru window handed me our food I said thank you and she just shut the window back in my face. Last time we stopped at thislocation as I was pulling out of the drive thru I took a sip of my drink only to find out it was straight carbonated water withno fountain syrup in it. I understand ya'll stay busy, but as long as the wait is in line and as expensive as the food is ya'llcan do better than this. Also your employees need to have better customer service skills. Horrible experience, I should have read the other recent reviews before coming here. No one seemed to be in a hurry behind the... counter. Our food took 30 minutes to be made. I told the woman behind the cash register as much and she said "okay" and didn'tdo a dang thing about it. Everyone in the kitchen was walking like they had mud on their shoes. They did not care at all thatthere was a line becoming longer and longer in their lobby. It seems the manager for the night shift should be fired, becausethere is definitely not a culture focused on customer service. Extremely disappointing ?to-go? order from this location. Visiting family from out of state and drove 15 minutes to get lunch... for everyone at one of our favorite Texas fast food chains. Get back home to discover my #2 was actually a #1 that did not havejalapeños, but I paid extra for them (can be seen on receipt attached). My wife?s #13 (three piece chicken meal) did not comewith white gravy after I mentioned it to the cashier. Lastly, I upgraded to a ?Whatasize? without receiving the correct frysize. The experience we had this time was horrible, I will never eat anotherburger from that whataburger ever again. Read more
You know when you're famished and so look forward to WHAT you order? Grrr. I order Whataburger combo #1. Extra onion and... mayo.. I get a burger half wrapped in that when I take it out of the bag the lettuce tomato and pickle (yes, NO onion) fallout. As I am putting my burger back together, I notice Mustard and one drop of mayo!! Oh yeah, notice the half full mediumfries? Will NOT recommend, much less go back! I put my online order in at 6:09pm I got there about 6:15pm wasn't ready then got told my order got handed out to the wrong... person so they had to remake the whole order. Well when I did get it I didn't get the whole order so I had to wait for the restof the order. It shouldn't of taking over an hour to get four burgers and two fries with two drinks. I was very disappointed. Inever had issues with this location before. They were just either standing around or playing around. Please do better. Read more
