The food was good and the employees were nice. The restaurant was clean. A difficult customer was there and being belligerent to... the employees. They remained calm and I admired the way they handled it. Horrible service and the manager tells you to use the kiosk. Everytime I come here it?s something new that they don?t have and... won?t help you with. After a friend and I got our food we couldn?t get anyone to come back to the counter to get our cups. Sawmany people come in and not order because no one would come to the counter. Multiple times I have visited this specific location...and the door is locked. Once I simply walked around to an opposite-facing... door, and it was open so I walked in. Staff acted surprised that I got in, saying the door should've been locked. During OPENhours. Today I walked around to all doors at approx 4:30 PM in the afternoon. All doors locked. Taco Bell ownership needs tounderstand that this location IS NOT SERVING CUSTOMERS. WELL. I went to the one at Baylor and was welcomed wonderfully!! Read more

It was really good. Haven't had it in a while and it turned out good. Don't know if it was the manager of assistant but he was... doing a good job. The place was being kept clean and tidy. Very very slow service absolutely terrible. I have never made a review about any company for any complaints but that?s how bad... the service is. I got ONE CHICKEN QUESADILLA and they forgot to cook it. Shredded cheese was straight out of the fridge and Ithink they just killed the chicken and cut it up without cooking it cause that was cold too. Only thing hot was the sauce and itwas spicy not even cooked. They need to shut this place down this is the 3rd time it?s happened. Read more
I went through the drive thru. I paid $9 for the #2 which is the soft taco Supreme meal. These aren't Supremes, they were... smaller than a breakfast taco. The lady in the drive through was very nice and was friendly. I felt bad for her because therewere employees arguing inside. I'm 50% deaf, not wearing my hearing aids and I could hear every word of their argument. Eitherthe manager or GM needs to clean house. This place has really gone down hill and it USE to be the best one to go to. I won't beback that's for sure Read more
