This morning we stopped at this particular Starbucks traveling from DFW. The staff is very busy but it was a breath of fresh air... to be greeted by Madison with a ?Good morning welcome to Starbucks?. But it wasn?t just her greeting it was her overall attitudeand the way that she called out people?s name and let you know when she was working on your drink. She was sure to greeteveryone who entered the door and even as they exited letting them know to have a nice day. In today?s society especially in theservice industry it is nice to see someone be proactive in making your experience enjoyable. Thank you Madison and the staff atthe Starbucks! These folks are friendly and efficient! When I came in the other Starbucks in the area were unable to open for various reasons,... so it was super busy. The team worked well together and communicated with each other to keep up to pace with the additionalload. Read more

I was in the drivethru and only had a $100 bill with me and I had no idea that it would be such a problem for my cashier. She... was so rude and when I gave it to her she went ?um no.? Like there were so many other ways of being nice about it and to top itall off, after I had gotten my drinks she turned to her coworker and said how idiotic I was for handing over a $100 bill!Horrible service. I noticed this page is saying this location is closed but it?s not. I just visited it yesterday evening! I?ll see if I can have... the Google team fix that though. The lady taking orders was probably the only one taking orders and making drinks because therewas a line and it took a few minutes for her to take an order from the drive thru. Regardless of why, when we arrived to thewindow she was very friendly and accommodating!! My experience doesn?t match others who say they were rude, exact opposite infact. My husband even whispered she could tone it down actually lol. I quite enjoyed the huge smile she shared despite her superbusy shift. It takes a strong person to smile through the hard stuff. I wish I knew her name to give her a shoutout. Our drinkswere tasty, mine was more espresso than sugar which is how I like my coffee. I recommend! Read more

Our coffees tasted horrible, when we went back in to ask them to kindly remake them for us, Sabrina slammed our drink down,... yelled and got snappy and rude. The guys working with her were very apologetic and tried to make excuses for her actions. Chooseanother location!! Read more

June 20, 2022, roughly 7 a.m. (30 minutes prior to my arrival) I placed a simple online order (a box of travelers coffee to go),... waited 10 more minutes behind ONLY 3 cars in drive through before finally my turn at the pick-up window. The barista asked tosee my app because she said they couldn't find my order.. and when I showed her she simply chuckled and told another employee"Oh, its the traveler coffee". I was asked to pull up and wait 10-15 more minutes. I explained that I was in a hurry and askedwhy placing an online order 30 minutes in advance wasn't enough time to prepare my order, she gave me a long line ofexcuses. This Starbuck's location clearly doesn't value their customer's time and I wouldn't recommend buying here unless youhave an extra hour to kill. Unfortunatly, I don't. So probably won't be shopping here again because of the poor service anddishonesty of the baristas... I'm a reasonable guy but not ignorant of what a streamlined business model looks like whenexecuted. After losing 45 minutes of my morning, I would have been much happier had they been honest and simply told me thetruth that they made a mistake and overlooked my order.. I had them refund my prepaid purchase and went elsewhere. Read more
