ive been here four times. pick up order those four times. EVERYTIME i go in to pick up my order, its never ready. i have to ask... them and confirm with them and THEN they start the order. i wait an additional like 10 mins or so -.- what even is the point ofdoing a pick up order if its literally slower than just going in the restaurant and ordering there?? this starbucks needs to getit together. I would like to thank the lady taking the order for the free Frappuccino. She was helping another customer at her window while... she ask me to wait to order. She said she was sorry for the wait and I said it was no problem and when I drove up to the windowshe gave me the Frappuccino at no charge! I just wanted to say thank you! It brightened up my day! Passing through Waco and I make the mistake of choosing this as the Starbucks to go to. On Google - says open. I walk up to the... door, lights are on but locked. I pulled up to the drive through - no one answers. I go around to the pickup window and seepeople inside and the only sign that says they?re temporarily closed. How is it so hard to post even a simple printout of thesame sign on the front door and drive through?? Sloppy. Read more
Possibly the worst Starbucks in Waco. Already had two occasions where they messed up my drink. Asked for a frappuccino and they... basically gave me a drink that looked like it had been sitting there for a while. I also payed extra to have sweet cold foam onmy drink and they ended up forgetting to add it in. Asked if I could still get the cold foam and they basically had anattitude. Read more

This is hand down the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever visited. I waited 30 mins for my drinks. I never saw a single employee wash... their hands, glove up or wipe a surface. Even without Covid this is just unhygienic. This Starbucks location is a filthy petridish. Read more

I love starbucks. But this location is very inconsistent in terms of both service time and quality of their drinks. Standard... drinks(no add ons or changes) vary in taste and standard frequently and I never know if it will take 5min or 20min to getthrough the drive through. I can say the employees are always nice. Read more
