They are supposed to serve the whole menu all day, I was told that it was too early to have two of the items I wanted to order.... I decided to order two drinks instead, I waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and finally gave up and left even though I had alreadypaid. Horrible service. Read more
The owner lowered employee wages so they could add a "tip" option to transactions in order to shift the blame onto the customers... who are expected to give a tip BEFORE receiving any service (whether good or bad). This is not tipping, this is dishonesty. Payyour employees! In addition, the intercom system functions so poorly it is difficult to even place an order, especially at thedrive-thru. Went to try my first slushy from Sonic. I couldn?t see the flavors on the board and I wasn?t sure which ones they had. I was in... the drive-thru lane and and there was nobody behind me. After asking them what flavors they had they said, ?they are on theboard and if I need more time to pull into a stall!? I told them Nobody was behind me and I just wanted someone to tell me theflavors they had available now. This was at 2:00 p.m. after the lunch rush and she could not be bother with me. She told me topull over or leave! My husband was with me and we were shocked. He was going to order a bunch of burgers for himself and ourboys!!! We left to go to the Sonic in Hewitt. Rating a 5 not because of the food, it was normal and good for fast food. The Service though was top notch! 104 degrees out. The... Server came running out to drop the food off. After I told him it was hot slow down I can wait and am not that important, hewent on to tell me I was and we (customers) were the core there, so he ran. Amazing attitude and nice to hear and see. Got a large receese blast and it's not well blended, seems whoever made it just threw the candy in then topped it with... ice-cream. I mean come on people do your job better. Read more
Of course like many other places in this city, the service was so slow we never got our order. Waited in the drive thru line... with only one car ahead of us that had a small order (ours was small too) and only a small handful of cars parked in stalls forover 20 minutes and still didn?t receive our order. One more place of many we won?t be coming back to due to the terribleservice. Read more
