The wait was terrible!. The car hopper came out with drink with no cup holder? I order 10 different drinks- I asked her if they... didn't have cup holders ? She said yes, came out with with two cup holder and I placed my drinks in the cup holder. Then she washanding me the empty cupholder, I asked her to place my missing drink in it ?. Walked off mad at me ?!. Then came out and toldme that they had to remake my order because they messed up my order. So I waited over 20 min for the other half of my order.Then - the oreo shake had no oreos taste- worst $45 spent here. Bad service overall- Read more

The absolute absolute worst service I have ever in my entire 55 yrs of life have ever had. The car hop kept setting her tray on... the hood of my car and had an attitude from hell. We ordered tator tots and two drinks which took almost 45 minutes to get. Thetator tots were ice cold when we got them and when I called to talk to the manager she did say they were understaffed which Iget but then she just blew me off and started talking to other people as if I wasn't even there. Well if you want to be accused of trying to steal waters that you ordered online this is your place!! I ordered 4 waters to take... to some guys working outside and they only gave me 2 when I got there. I checked my receipt and I definitely had 4 on there. SoI pressed the button and tried to explain that my order was wrong and I just needed the 2 waters they forgot (no big deal) we?llhe didn?t get that so the next guy came out. I was like cool I will show the receipt and that I only have 2 water!! Well afterI try to point him to the receipt plenty of times and show him I only have 2 waters. He walks away and says something superunder his breath, So I figure I?m good to go!! Nope next thing I know the manager is coming out to talk to me!! I was not toldto wait!! So I pull around now embarrassed and very annoyed!! I then try to talk to her for a few minutes before she finallytakes the receipts and checks it inside (I was told I had to pay for the waters multiple times this whole time. I alreadyhad!!) then comes out and gives a very weak apology to someone who was just embarrassed and wasted 10 minutes of there life!! Norefund no how can we fix this no nothing!! The carhop was wearing headphones and talking to someone while giving me my drinks. He handed me the drinks and walked away... without a word. I also watched as he made another customer take the food off the tray rather than handing it to them. Managed asonic for many years and I can tell that nothing will come of this complaint. The managers probably don?t care seeing that heisn?t wearing the correct uniform at all. Read more

Ordered several corn dogs and a small order of mozzarella cheese sticks. Paid with my card at the kiosk. Waited 30 minutes and... watched other customers come and go with their orders. Finally I hit the button and asked about my order. ?It will be rightout!? I was told. Another 15 minutes goes by so I stop an employee who was walking by and told her I had been waiting now 45minutes on 8 corn dogs and a small mozzarella cheese stick order. She said she would check on my order. She returned promptlyand said, ?We prepared you a large mozzarella cheese stick order. You ordered a small. So we?re having to make your cheese stickorder over again.? What? I looked at her and calmly said, ?You?re making me wait 45 minutes because you made a large orderinstead of a small?
